A new lawsuit alleges that actor Alec Baldwin WASN'T even supposed to fire gun in the Rust movie scene where he fatally shot crew member, Halyna Hutchins.
Alec Baldwin fired the revolver, which had live ammunition killing the cinemaphotographer and injuring the director. Alec Baldwin could be facing charges and potentially be arrested depending on the investigation results.
