My conversation with you, Part 4. The last for 2023. - 12/30/23
History is our truth. Truth can be and is ugly, cold and bold. Like Malcolm X and Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn warned, we must not forget one's history, as I mentioned in my two Aleksandr and Malcolm X vlogs.
Perfect example is the Maine SoS Bellows... she did not learn anything from initial the Colorado state Supreme Court fiasco (banning Trump from state ballot)

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/those-who-cannot-remember-the-past-are-condemned-to-repeat-it
Let me know if you have questions or comments in any of our 75 vlogs this year. I would be more than happy to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge.
Have a Very Happy New Year to you all!

Jack Smith Special Counsel appointment paperwork "hiccup"? - 12/27/23
Saw this article on December 24, 2023. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/12/gateway-pundit-exclusive-allegations-procedural-missteps-surface-against/
Is Smith to blame for the hiccup? Or, someone who handled the form?
No big deal? No one is perfect so we need to ignore the hiccup? Maybe Trump lawyers will bring it up before the Appeals Court or SCOTUS? Kudos to Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit (TGP) for his investigative work.

Trump DC Court Stay on proceedings pending appeal, dated 12/13/23, is violated by Government?
On December 13, 2023 the DC Judge Chutkan ordered that proceedings be on hold. The government violated the order last night, December 18, 2023. Take a look at document numbers 188 and 189-1 in the DC docket (see docket links, for DC and Florida federal cases, in the comment area).
A docket is an official summary of proceedings in a court of law. In late 19th century, large folio book a clerk recorded all filings for each case. The first docket invented was back in 1485.
Rules of the Supreme Court of the US is available online. It has 48 rules in total. Interestingly, language in Rule 34 was revised to say "7-9", consecutive numeric order in a page format. The old part said "7,8,9". I found it rather odd because a high schooler would say "1-5", as opposed to "1, 2, 3, 4, 5". Also, one rule #26: Joint Appendix, language revised to add "...for cases from state courts, a listing of...". That new language made me wonder if the SC was expecting to hear appeals on Georgia and New York cases where Trump was indicted. Just in case?

Good history lessons for DHS CISA witnesses on Wednesday, December 13, 2023
I watched the 2nd panel of this hearing in the Cannon House Office Building this past Wednesday. I missed the first panel of the hearing because I was in another hearing in the Rayburn House Office Building. The title of the hearing is "Censorship Laundering Part II: Preventing the Department of Homeland Security's Silencing of Dissent" hearing. The last 11 minutes of the video is dramatic with intense line of questioning from Chair Dan Bishop from North Carolina, Dale Strong from Alabama and Eli Crane from Arizona.
Very interesting and yet infuriating because the witnesses provided very canned answers. Notice their facial expressions at the end of the video. Ms. Harrington appeared to start crying. I think they were messengers for their bosses at the DHS. They acted somewhat nervous and appeared to be saying "Don't shoot me, I am just a messenger".

I watched the other hearing, entitled "The "Second Amendment Rights Empower Women's Rights". Fascinating testimonies by all 4 witnesses. I stayed there only for about an hour.

Smith asks the SC to decide on immunity. Who may be the key player behind the scenes? - 12/17/23
Mary McCord has worn many hats for the last few years. She has targeted "enemies" of the current administration. What Mary may have done...examples are as follows: FISA on Carter Page and others, the intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), and Schiff/Nadler impeachment effort. Plus, other activities.
Mary's husband is a special assistant to the SC Chief Justice's counselor.
Mary is a professor at Georgetown University. She is scheduled to conduct a seminar on Domestic Violent Extremism (DVE) in 2024.
Appears like many university professors and deans, Mary grooms law students to be like some currently in the DOJ and elsewhere under the current administration and private entities with "questionable" practices. Maybe, maybe not?

Weaponization of the federal government hearing on November 30, 2023
I attended this hearing held by the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Focus on Twitter Files and CTIL. Witnesses are Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger. Plus two other witnesses. Soon I will make a vlog on my observations from the hearing itself and the atmosphere outside the hearing prior to and after the hearing. Plus, a follow-up from my vlog on Censorship Industrial Complex (CIC) earlier this year.

15 Days in Solitary Confinement is TORTURE, per United Nations! - November 18, 2023
"Eliminating Restrictive and Segregated Enclosures" (ERASE). This revised bill (B25-0543) is supported by the DC council at this point. Last year, the council failed to bring a similar bill to the floor for a public hearing. See links in the comment area for further information. In addition, I put the remarks from a DC council member, Brianne Nadeau in the comment area (4 parts, due to remark length. The remarks were for those who or their relative/friend who suffered their solitary confinement in jail shared their stories or experienced while being imprisoned wrongly. I did not present any stories or experiences with any council members. I was there to make an observation for myself. The objective was to encourage council members to vote for the bill and it becomes a law early next year (2024).
