What This Daughter Thinks of her Mother
It is shocking what your kids Really think of you when they are given a platform to put it in words!! One thing I know after listening to this is that I feel good that I helped my oldest daughter, Leah learn life's best lesson.... that the Great Problem Solver, God can see us through every event..... and going to Him helps us have peace. He is not only the object of my faith, but He is the source of faith... and faith in Him solves all problems, eventually. Life is not always easy, but we can go to God to see us through every event. How did I learn this? Through the Word of God, the Bible.

Cutting Down a Tree By Yourself
Bob is an expert tree surgeon and will show you a safe and effective way to pull a large tree over. If you are alone and need to pull a tree over by yourself, you can watch Bob's technique how to do it. You need to carefully plan which way you want the tree to fall. He throws his rope with the end weighted up towards the top of the tree over a high limb, then it drops down. He uses a slip knot to tighten the rope up to the high limb; then walks the other end of the rope around another tree, ties it to his truck's bumper then drives the truck slowly forward and pulls it taut. The tree is being pulled and held taut in the direction it will eventually fall. After it is all set up, he cuts through the base of the tree most of the way, cuts a wedge out on the side where the tree will fall, then returns to the truck and drives the truck gently forward, pulling the tree over. Ingenious!
