I finally decided on a unit to paint a lot of figures for, the 1st Nauvoo Legion. Taking into account some of my heritage, and also an attempt at a different paint job, I tried to make it look like a mid 19th century military officers uniform and I think it came out well. The left torso has an image of the angel Moroni, commonly seen on the top of temples for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The right torso has Captain Moroni's 'Title of Liberty'. The Title of Liberty "In memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children."
