I have traveled over 3000 miles touring every single one of the 32 boroughs of London on my digital battle bus while video, live streaming my ideas directly to our citizens. And listening to your detailed feedback, I have been overwhelmed by the incredible amount of support from real Londoners who love their city and simply want a better future for their friends, families and communities on my tour. I have learned three things. Londoners want change. Londoners want new ideas. Londoners want real leadership. Our great city now faces a critical fork in the road. Your vote will decide what happens next in this most crucial time of our century. Since my last campaign to be Mayor of London three years ago, the city I love has descended even further into chaos and has become a truly terrifying place to live. 🗡️ Knife crime has skyrocketed by over 49% since the current mayor was elected, with over 1,000 murders committed on his watch. 🗣️ Our free speech has been violated by a combination of woke Silicon Valley technocrats, and a government who thinks it’s OK to tell our citizens what they can and cannot say. 🏦 Our financial institutions, once the envy of the world, are now censoring people’s right to banking services, and denying them the opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency and the blockchain. 💰 And our Mayor’s appalling new ULEZ travel taxes, fraught with misleading pollution claims, are punishing our poorest citizens. The truth is that since 2021, I’ve seen the place I call home descend into an Orwellian nightmare of censorship, unbanking, violence and punishing taxes. And it’s little wonder that Londoners are demanding change. I can’t sit idly by and watch our great capital, once revered by so many, spiral down into the laughing-stock of the world, which is why I am standing to be Mayor of London once again… to campaign for freedom of speech, freedom of finance, freedom to be safe and freedom to travel.
