Black Women in NY Drives over Cop ! Officer Down
NEW: New York City driver intentionally plows her car into an NYPD officer, telling authorities she wanted to teach him a "lesson."
This is what happens when you convince people that cops are the enemy. Terrible.
Sahara Dula, who is a criminal justice graduate, was driving the wrong way when a police officer confronted her.
"I told the cop I wanted to go straight, and he wouldn’t move, so I hit him. I did it on purpose,’’ Dula said to investigators.
“F**k these cops! He wouldn’t move! F**k these cops, it’s a lesson to him, and hopefully he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore."
Dula also admitted to being high on marijuana.
She was *not* charged with attempted murder but was instead charged with first-degree attempted assault as well as other charges.
The officer suffered a broken leg.

Violent Police Officers or Not ??
Phoenix officers seen on video hitting, kicking man will not be charged: attorney's office.
PHOENIX - Two Phoenix Police officers seen on video hitting and kicking a suspect inside a convenience store will not be charged.
The incident happened on Oct. 27 of last year at a QuikTrip convenience store near 59th Avenue and Buckeye Road after police say a 38-year-old Harry Denman shot at the officers' patrol car.
Surveillance video showed as the patrol car starts to back out of the parking space to respond to a call for service, the man pulls out a handgun. A shot goes off and into the ground. The man then points the handgun at the officers in their car and fires one more shot. The bullet struck the patrol car's spotlight and went into the driver's side ‘A’ pillar. The man then runs into the occupied store, still holding the firearm," stated officials in their critical incident report.
Body camera video shows officers rushing into the store with their guns drawn, ordering Denman to the ground. Denman put his hands in the air and was taken into custody by the officers.
One of the clerks from the store recorded video of the arrest, which shows two officers stomping on Denman's head as he was getting down on the ground. At another point, you could see them hit Denman with their guns.
Denman was transported to an area hospital before being booked into jail.
After the incident, the Phoenix Police Department recommended that the Maricopa County Attorney's Office charge Officers Eddie Becerra and Nicholas Beck.
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office says a grand jury declined to indict Becerra.
"After a careful review of all the facts and evidence in the case, the office determined that the actions taken by Officer Eddie Becerra warranted a criminal charge," MCAO said in a statement. "Prosecutors presented the case to a Maricopa County Grand Jury on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023. The presentation included body worn camera footage, surveillance video provided by the convenience store, and a video recorded by a bystander. The Grand Jury declined to issue an indictment."
MCAO did not pursue charges against Beck, saying they were unlikely to get a conviction.

Temple Mount, Israel - Israeli Policeman Stabbed Near Temple Mount, Assailants Shot by Security Forces
Two Palestinian assailants, both minors, stabbed a policeman near the Temple Mount in Jerusalem's Old City on Thursday, wounding him moderately before being shot by security forces, police said. One of the two suspects, 17-year-old Nassim Abu Rumi, was killed. The other, 14-year-old Hamoudeh Al-Sheikh, was critically wounded.
Authorities said the policeman, 40, was stabbed during operational activity. Other policemen who were present at the scene shot at the two suspected assailants.
Rescue services organization United Hatzalah said that the man was stabbed in his upper body and was evacuated to receive medical attention.
Footage of the incident showed the suspects holding knives and suddenly stabbing the victim. Police officers at the scene pulled out their guns and shot at the suspects several times. Police temporarily shut the gates to the Temple Mount following the incident.
A security guard employed by the Waqf - the Muslim religious trust - was also lightly wounded in the incident. According to Palestinian sources, the guard, Imran Rajabi, was not involved in the stabbing.
On Sunday, security forces clashed with Palestinians marking the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha at the Temple Mount compound. Four police officers and 61 Palestinians were wounded int he clashes. Police initially didn't allow Jewish worshipers to enter the site to pray on the holy day of Tu B'av, which coincided with Eid al-Adha this year. After the clashes subsided, a few hundred Jews were allowed in.
Last Thursday, soldier Dvir Sorek was stabbed to death near the settlement of Migdal Oz in the West Bank. Two days later, security forces arrested two suspects from a town in the Hebron area.

Texas Justice ! Felony Robbery gone wrong
The 46-year-old customer was questioned by Houston police homicide detectives on Monday, the Houston Police Department said in a statement.
"After consulting with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, it was determined the shooting will be referred to a grand jury," the statement reads. "Since the male is not arrested or charged, his identity is not being released."
The alleged robber who was killed was identified by police Monday as 30-year-old Eric Eugene Washington.
So far, the patron has not been arrested or charged. Any criminal charges will be determined by a grand jury. The patron's criminal defense attorney, Juan Guerra Jr., released a statement Monday.
"My Client who wishes to remain anonymous was dining with a friend at El Ranchito Taqueria and as it has been seen on video a robbery suspect entered therestaurant, pointed a weapon at my client and the other customers demandingmoney. In fear of his life and his friend’s life, my client acted to protect everyonein the restaurant. In Texas, a shooting is justified in self-defense, defense of others, and indefense of property. The customer has met with the Harris County DistrictAttorney’s Office and Investigators with HPD homicide. He fully intends tocontinue cooperating with the ongoing investigation. When the investigation is complete, this case will be presented to a GrandJury. We are confident that a Grand Jury will conclude that the shooting wasjustified under Texas Law.This event has been very traumatic, taking a human life is something he doesnot take lightly and will burden him for the rest of his life. For that reason, hewishes to remain anonymous. Due to the overwhelming coverage, we ask themedia and the public to respect his privacy."
Legal analysts like Casey Garrett tell FOX 26, although a fake gun was used during the robbery, there was no way for the customers being robbed to know that the gun was not real. At that moment, they say, the threat was apparent and in moments of panic, adrenaline can often take over.
"The impact of adrenaline; this was a very stressful event," Garrett said."The important thing to remember is that once somebody has the legal right to act in self-defense and use lethal force in self-defense, then they have the right, whether it's shooting him once or shooting him nine times."
