23 - Overcoming Temptation Through the Word
The Word of God is the most commonly neglected resource in resisting the lower nature. Most Christians have never learned to truly make use of God’s weaponry to fight the enemy of evil temptations.
“Thy Word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against Thee.” Psalm 119:11.
One of the most valuable lessons a Christian can learn is how to resist evil temptation or bad habits by claiming the power of God through the promises in Scripture.
Temptation by itself is not wrong. All of us are tempted to do evil. Even Jesus our Saviour was tempted, yet He was without sin. (Heb. 4:15)
Habits are simply thoughts or acts repeated often. Not all habits are bad. Habits can be good, such as praying, driving, or tying shoes.
But what happens when habits are bad, corrupt, evil? How can we resist evil when constantly pressured by the Devil to submit? The question is: how do we achieve victory over the things by which we are so often tempted?
First of all, no victory will come to us from God without our cooperation. The Lord is not going to reach down with a hand from heaven and remove a cigarette from our lips, or physically take the whisky bottle out of our hands. He won’t strike the television with lightning to keep us from watching violent programs, or stir up a great wind and blow all our pornographic material out of the house. These are things we choose to overcome, all the while claiming God’s power to back up the choice that we’ve made.
Victories for the Christian are not determined by “willpower” alone, or taking motivational courses. How do we overcome?
In this presentation we go to the Bible to learn about God's process for us to overcome sin in this life.

24 - Heaven ~ Is It For Real?
Let us consider most earnestly the blessed hereafter. Let our faith pierce through every cloud of darkness and behold Him who died for the sins of the world. He has opened the gates of paradise to all who receive and believe on Him. To them He gives power to become the sons and daughters of God. Let the afflictions which pain us so grievously become instructive lessons, teaching us to press forward toward the mark of the prize of our high calling in Christ. Let us be encouraged by the thought that the Lord is soon to come. Let this hope gladden our hearts.
We are homeward bound. He who loved us so much as to die for us hath built for us a city. The New Jerusalem is our place of rest. There will be no sadness in the city of God. No wail of sorrow, no dirge of crushed hopes and buried affections, will ever more be heard. Soon the garments of heaviness will be changed for the wedding garment. Soon we shall witness the coronation of our King. Those whose lives have been hidden with Christ, those who on this earth have found the good fight of faith, will shine forth with the Redeemer’s glory in the kingdom of God.

22 - The Unpardonable Sin
As we get closer the Jesus' second coming, sometimes the things of this world, and sometimes friends and family and other things seem to hold us back from total commitment to Jesus. It is the Holy Spirit that can do the work that man is not able to do and that is to bring conviction to the soul.
This presentation is a strong message, and it's my prayer, the decision will be made by every heart, "I'm going to go all the way with Jesus Christ."
There are many Christians that have committed a certain sin and with the guilt they have in their conscience they feel certain they've committed the unpardonable sin. What sin is there that the blood of Jesus cannot forgive?
Is it murder? Both Moses and David committed these. Hebrews chapter 11 states that David will be in the kingdom, and Moses is there now! God forgave them and cleansed them.
Is it denying Christ? Peter denied Jesus, cursing with great oaths, and Jesus looked at him with love and compassion and forgave him, and Peter was converted.
What about committing suicide? Samson committed adultery, and not only that, he took his own life by his own hands and in killing himself he brought the temple of Dagon down. Hebrews chapter 11 also states that Samson will be saved.
God looks at the mental condition of those that take their own life, and judges according to what is right.
What is the unpardonable sin? ;In this presentation we will see with much clarity the biblical answer to this most important question.

21 - Prophets and Prophecy ~ Visions and Dreams
In the past few decades people have become interested in prophecy. Could it be that the upsurge in interest in prophecy in the world is because of the fact that not only would there be false prophets, but that God might raise up the true gift of prophecy again?
In Matthew 24:24, the Bible states that in the last days of earth's history, that there would be an amazing interest in the subject of prophecy: "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; in so much that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
What else does the Bible teach about prophets in these last days? What about the gift of prophecy? Would God raise up the true gift of prophecy today?
In this presentation we'll search the Scriptures to find the biblical answer to these questions.

20 - The Most Sought After Secret in the Bible
If Jesus sent heavenly ambassadors to earth today, what church would they join? What message would He have them preach?
Understand that God has His people in every nation, and in every denomination. This is very important. But why do people attend so many different churches if the Bible only has one truth?
What's the only reason to attend any church?
Scripture says "But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth." 1 Timothy 3:15
The only reason to attend any church is because you're profoundly convicted that that church, that group of people, is teaching all the truth of Scripture. To know that that church is not based on man-made ideas; that it's not based on human reasoning; that it's not following human tradition, but rather that that church is faithfully following the Bible. We're not to pick a church simply because our parents have attended all their life.
This presentation will gather Scripture to help our understanding of what the doctrine of God's church actually believes and teaches.

19 - Revelation's Saints ~ A Peculiar People
"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead [in His place], be ye reconciled to God." 2 Corinthians 5:20.
What's an ambassador? An ambassador is an individual who lives in a foreign country. While in that foreign country he represents his home government. An ambassador holds to the policy, laws, and standards of his country and represents his country in the best way possible.
The Bible says that you and I are ambassadors for Christ. In other words, just as an ambassador in the political realm strives to represent his land as best he can, so does the Christian hold to the standards, laws and regulations of the government of heaven.
We live in a foreign world. This is not our home. I hope and pray that you are looking for the better home. We are ambassadors for Christ while we are on this earth and Jesus has placed us in a most important position - one of representing Him in His physical absence.
In this presentation we’ll learn from the Bible how to better do this. This should be the aim of all God’s children.

17 - The United States in Bible Prophecy
The Bible brings to view nations that have a direct impact upon God's people. It brings to view nations that have a direct relationship to the plan of salvation.
The Bible first shows us the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve.
After the Flood we're taken to Babylon (Ur of Chaldees), with Abraham, Egypt, Palestine, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, Europe (after Pentecost), and the two horned beast or kingdom.
Does it describe the rise of America?
It would be surprising if the United States was not mentioned in prophecy, simply because for one of the first times in the history of the human race, a nation was founded on the principles of a republic and religious freedom. We would expect the Bible to describe something about this land we love called America and deep within our hearts we sense that it's a special country.
For all the problems that America has, for all the difficulties it has, still it's a place where we can worship God in harmony with the dictates of our conscience, or not worship at all. It's a country that has been providentially and miraculously raised up by God.
What does the Bible say about America and its the future?
Will this religious liberty that America has championed through the years, continue?
This presentation is a study of the biblical prophecy that expounds on the answer to these questions.

18 - Armageddon and the Seven Last Plagues
The seven last plagues are the most terrible manifestations of God's wrath and some may even wonder if this outpouring of punishment is contrary to the nature of a God of love.
But God has intended for these things to be soberly considered and He's devoted a whole chapter in the book of Revelation for this very purpose.
God does indeed draw lines when it comes to wickedness and that near the end of time the Bible tells us that once more the world is to witness the wrath of God.
Armageddon is an event which occurs during the sixth plague in the series of the seven last plagues. People today speculate a lot about Armageddon. We're not hearing much if anything about all of the other six plagues.
Why is this?
The devil knows that if he can get the world sidetracked on a certain issue, we're going to miss the impact of the message that God is trying to get through to us in this subject.
In this presentation we will review the biblical answers to these good, important questions:
- What is Armageddon?
- Where will Armageddon be fought?
- When will Armageddon be fought?
- Will you and I be alive on earth when Armageddon is fought?
- Is Armageddon a battle between the East and the West?
- Is it a battle between Russia and the United States?

16 - The Mark of the Beast and the Seal of God
The subject of the mark of the beast has attracted the attention of millions through the centuries. Without attempting to be dramatic, this is truly a matter of life or death - eternally.
Keep in mind that when Jesus comes there will be only two kinds of people on the earth - the righteous and the wicked, that is, those who are ready for His return and those who are not.
Before the second coming, those who are ready will receive the seal of God and are saved for eternity, while those who are not will receive the mark of the beast and will be lost for eternity.
There will be a vital determining issue that will cause all people to make a decision as to which side they will stand on.
"And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice..." 1Samuel 15:2.
In God's eyes, obedience is the highest form of worship. Though it may not currently seem so, this worldwide issue is over the worship of the beast or his image, resulting in receiving the mark of the beast, vs. the worship of God, following His truth resulting in receiving the seal of God.
The intent of this message is not to put down anyone or any church, but to help our understanding, from God's prophetic word and history in a clear and simple way, of just exactly what God reveals concerning the mark of the beast and His seal.

14 - Bible Secrets to Good Health
A shepherd is very much concerned about the condition of His sheep. God loves us so much He's interested in our physical well-being as well as your spiritual well-being.
Just as the earthly shepherd is concerned for his sheep that they eat no poisonous thing, that they drink that which is pure, and that they have good green pasture, so the Lord is concerned for the health of His people.
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul propereth." 3 John 2.

15 - Unmasking the Antichrist
This presentation may be a controversial subject, yet not unique. We present this subject because God presents it to us in the Bible and He wants us to have biblical understanding.
God's truth is never sent to embarrass or hurt anyone.
God always sends us truth to enlighten our minds so that He is better able to show us the way of salvation.
Furthermore, Christians are never against people.
But they must be against error and false systems which can enslave people in sin.
With that said, we want to start by reading the text which describes the most terrible punishment that will ever come to anybody in human history.
"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:" Revelation 14:9,10.
Would God be fair and just, and would He be a God of love, if He hid from us the identity of the beast and what it represents?
This presentation is a biblical and historical study on this controversial subject.

13 - God's Appointed Hour
There is a sanctuary in heaven, the true tabernacle which the Lord set up and not man. In it Christ ministers on our behalf, making available to all that would accept the benefits of His atoning sacrifice offered once for all on the cross. He began His intercessory ministry in heaven at the time of His ascension in 31 AD.
In 1844, at the end of the prophetic period of 2300 days, He, as our great High Priest, entered the second and last phase of His atoning ministry. It is a work of investigative judgment which is part of the ultimate disposition of all sin, typified by the cleansing of the ancient Hebrew sanctuary on the Day of Atonement. In that typical service the sanctuary was cleansed with the blood of animal sacrifices, but the heavenly things are purified with the better, more perfect sacrifice of the blood of Jesus. The investigative judgment reveals to heavenly beings which people that have died and are sleeping, are sleeping in Christ and therefore, in Him, are pronounced worthy to have part in the first resurrection at His second coming.
It also makes known to them which of the people still living are abiding in Christ, keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, and in Him, therefore, are ready for translation into His everlasting kingdom. This judgment vindicates the justice of God in saving those who believe in Jesus. It declares that those who have remained loyal to God shall receive the kingdom. The completion of this ministry of Christ will mark the close of human probation before the second coming.

11 - The Subject Satan Hates
Parting words are often significant. Jesus' final words to His disciples are extremely important, even for us today. Jesus was going on a journey, not for a week or two but he was going to be gone from them for the rest of their lives. They would not see His physical presence again on earth.
They wouldn't see Him again until He came in the clouds of heaven at His second coming. He'd be gone for the rest of their earthly life. And just before He left, just before He ascended to heaven, His final words, as recorded in the gospel of Matthew, speak to the subject we're covering in this presentation.
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:18-20
Baptism certainly must be vitally important since Jesus Himself used His last parting words to commission His disciples to go forth and baptize.
This Journey Through Prophecy series would not be complete
unless we shared with you what the Bible teaches about baptism.

12 - God's Way of Salvation
Jesus says in John 14:6 that he is "the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." It's easy to understand how He is the truth and life, but what does He actually mean when He says He's the way?
This presentation, God's Way of Salvation, is a journey through Scripture on this subject of Jesus being the Way for us.

07 - The Issue That Divides the World
One of the greatest problems we're facing in our Christian world today is that many people are content to sit back and listen to preachers, believing what is said without ever verifying it for themselves with Scripture. You can't tell people how to eat, you can't tell them how to vote, you can't tell them how to spend their money.
Yet when it comes to the most important thing in life, which is our eternal life, many people are content just to sit back and believe anything.
The Bible directs us in 1 Thessalonians 5:21 to "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good".
When it comes to the biblical expectations of Christians, this verse gives very important advise.

10 - History's Greatest Religious Cover Up!
This presentation is a continuation of the previous presentation of a major misconception in Christendom that has been instilled, believed and followed over the centuries, even in this present day.
In God's eyes, is the Christian expected to observe Sunday as a holy day, Saturday as the holy day, or can the Christian choose any day of the week to keep holy? Does it really matter to God at all?
Our opinions set aside, the only place we can get an accurate answer to these questions is from God Himself. This presentation takes us through the Bible to see what is revealed in answer to these, and other, questions.

09 God's Test of Loyalty
The fourth commandment is one of only two commandments of the Decalogue that do not begin with “thou shalt have no” or “thou shalt not”. It is the only commandment God begins by telling us to “remember”. How are we to remember this command? By keeping holy the Sabbath day.
The Sabbath commandment is the only commandment that identifies God as the Author of creation (revealing the authority of the commandments), and is the only commandment that contains the word “holy”. God does not call many things holy in His Word. The seventh-day Sabbath is one of the few in which He does.
According to (as well as other references) dictionaries, encyclopedias, calendars, and most important, the Scriptures, Saturday is the seventh day of the week. Every writer of Scripture, every godly person mentioned in the Scriptures - Jesus Himself - was a seventh-day Sabbath keeper. All people under the grace of Jesus, striving to have more of His character, will happily keep the seventh-day Sabbath, not a day of human choice or church tradition. The seventh-day Sabbath becomes a joy and delight when we learn and understand from Scripture that this is the day of which Jesus is Lord - the biblical Lord's day.
This presentation, and the following presentation, are a study of the Bible as well as a review of history comparing the keeping the seventh-day Sabbath holy vs. Sunday worship.

06 - God's Love Revealed in Hell-Fire
Throughout the centuries, the devil has caused much confusion surrounding this subject of hell-fire, just as he has distorted so many other things, to the point that millions of sincere people have been led to look at God as a cruel and a terrible tyrant, a God that takes delight in torture.
What kind of God do we serve? A God of love or a tyrant that likes to torment and torture people?
We want to be able to see the love of God and His desire to save us no matter what subject we study. We desire to see a God of love that is working out His perfect plan.
In this presentation, we look into God's Word and study what He says about this subject.
