The State of Decay 2 Homecoming update rolled out some new features that included hidden areas, Collectables & Discoveries that are setup to make your character react with audio dialogue that can range from a sigh and mumble to a commentary about what they see depending on the character and area. Hey guys just throwing this up since I have gotten a few messages saying they could not find how to trigger Mickey's secret mission sequence in the homecoming update for Trumbull Valley. In order to find the location on the map you do need to make sure you have already found Mickey, Doc and Izzbee at the Ranger Station and have gone throw Mickey's retrieval mission where you take him back to the family home, then the secret location will activate.

This video will show you how to use the Community Editor Advanced section to set your community members health and stamina to 1 billion. The Community Editor is a save editor. While almost all edits made in the Community Editor will transfer over to Xbox, all actual edits must be done on a pc so you will have to have the game downloaded. The formula being entered is 1E+09 for those having trouble seeing it in the video. The Community Editor does not work with cracked versions so please support the devs and the modders by downloading from the MS, Steam, or Epic Stores. SoD 2 is a play anywhere title so if you own the game on Xbox, you own it on pc. This video will show you how to modify a weapon asset and creating a Pak mod using Heilos Asset Editor. Remember to always make a backup of the file you are editing so you don't overwrite the original in case you need it for later. This video will explain to you the simple process of extracting the game uasset files from State of Decay 2. If you wish to start creating mods you have to do this step first. Heilos's Asset Editor is an in house app that allows for modding uasset files in a fraction of the time that it once took. The game paks you need to extract are located in the following directories. This video will guide you through the basic's of how to use the Asset Editor to unpak the game files for State Of Decay 2. If you want to create mods this is the first step in doing so. This includes the Windows version at the beginning and the Steam version at the end of the video.
