How I Run Etsy Ads to Get Easy Sales on Print on Demand Listings
I started Etsy print on demand about 6 months ago….and it’s been a really cool journey.
When I started I didn’t know anything about creating designs or honestly much about the Etsy platform at all.
And believe it or not, for my first 100 sales or so, I didn’t even run any ads….I relied solely on organic traffic.
after hearing, how amazing etsy ads were performing for other people (in both the print on demand…and digital art spaces), I decided to give them a try.
In the beginning, I ran what everyone told me would work well….just a simple short conversions campaign…
The problem with that though, is it automatically selects all your designs and runs ads to all of them, unless you go through manually and shut certain ones off….which can be a nightmare if you have 1000+ listings (which I do).
This can work well if you don’t have that many listings… But if that’s not the case, it’ll be a headache to manage, and most likely end of wasting a bunch of your money.
So instead I’ve been implementing a targeted ad strategy for ONLY the products that have sold already in the past organically.
my sales have been pretty consistent the last few months….and my profit have been steadily increasing slightly each month too….and it’s primarily for this reason.
Then, if a specific product starts to get lots of conversions, I’ll take that product specifically into a brand new ad campaign JUST for that product only… that way I know how dollars will be spent on it … and if it keeps converting at that rate, it’ll mean more money in my pocket.
If products are spending a significant amount of money, but never really getting any conversions, I’ll take them out of that original campaign… Since they’re just eating up my ad spend….and taking away opportunities from other products that might convert better.
Ultimately, this should lead to more conversions, lower ad costs, and hopefully…more profitable ad sales….and more money in your pocket on Etsy.
This comes from experience spending tens of thousands of dollars on Facebook ads and Google ad words… as well as some experience running Amazon, PPC.
As always though, it’s just me documenting my opinion based off my previous experience ecom. I really hope it helps!

Are you an Amazon seller, but you’re not getting the sales you thought you would?
One of the most demoralizing things for new sellers is when they’re all excited about a business model, the jump fall into it 90 miles an hour, don’t get the results are looking for out of the gate, and then get burn out and hopeless.
And these days we’re bombarded with videos of other people succeeding with that business… which often leaves you wondering why all these other people are successful and where are you went wrong.
I get it. I’ve been there. And chances are you’re overlooking one of these simple things.
In this video we’re going to cover several things to keep in mind to make sure you’re maximizing sales on Amazon…
Checking off all these boxes will ensure your Amazon game is as strong as possible.
Make sure you’re using a re-pricing software
If you were trying to compete on Amazon without a repricing software, you’re going to seriously struggle. It’s that simple.
The way Amazon listings are set up means you’re competing with other sellers ON each listing in order to win sales.
Price is THE biggest factor when it comes to winning the buybox on Amazon.
And there are so many softwares out there that can help make sure your prices as competitive as possible…. That way you can make as many sales as possible… And ultimately as much money as possible.
For beginners, I always recommend the free repricer that comes in seller central.
It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of some of the expensive ones out there, but it’s completely free so it will keep your costs low….
Plus It works fairly well for being free….you can learn how a repricer works BEFORE you spend hundreds of dollars per month on a fancy one (if you do decide to upgrade in the future)
…and It does the main things you need it to do (match the buy box, match the lowest price, and sent your minimum price, so it never prices you at a profit)
Is a fairly obvious one for most sellers but I do see some people still NOT doing it….ship your products into FBA
This isn’t always the case for everyone (for example dropshippers)….But it is for most people.
If you’re doing arbitrage, wholesale, or private label… and you’re not shipping your products into FBA, you’re competing with one hand tie behind your back.
As we touched on a number one, price is the most important factor when it comes to getting the buybox and winning sales on Amazon.
BUT the second most important thing is availability to the customer.
That means if your product can be shipped to the customer in 2 to 3 days …. And you’re competing against someone whose product won’t get to the customer until 4 to 5 days…. You have a major advantage.
Plus, you can often charge more money for the same product because of this.
And the easiest way to cut your shipping time…. And increase availability to the customer… east to ship your products in the FBA.
If you don’t know how to do that, check out the video up in the right hand corner right now. I’ll also put it at the bottom of a description.
Understand listing demand and expected sales
It’s crucial to understand demand on a listing versus the competition on that listing…..and how to gage both to make informed decisions.
This will help you understand how many products to source for each listing, how fast you can expect them to sell, and what the current competition climate on each looks like.
For example, if you’re sourcing products for a listing that doesn’t have much expected sales…. Well, you won’t make any sales.
Just the same, if you’re sourcing for a listing that has a lot of competitors, you’ll be competing with a lot of other sellers… and it’ll take longer to sell.
This is more of an art than a science, of course…. But there are tools out there that can give you data on every single one of these important things so you can make the best, most informed decision possible…. And become a master of judging listings.

In this video we’re going to cover how this guy …. Was able to hack the Facebook algorithm and get it to suggest his products exponentially more than everyone else’s….And how that approach changed shopify dropshipping on Facebook forever.
To tell the story, it’s important to briefly understand how Shopify dropshipping works with Facebook ads.
Typically, most people test a bunch of products to see what works… and then they double down on that.
You might run a few different Facebook ads all the same product to test if there’s enough in interest in it.
If you can find a formula that works, then you know that products a home run… and you start testing more ad variations.
If it doesn’t, any move on to something else.
As your product starts selling and you begin to scale, your ROAS (also known as return on ad spend) …. Or your cost to probably purchase traffic to your products…. Goes up significantly.
The two main reasons for that are usually because…
competitors start to realize that product is working for you and it begins to get to get more saturated
As you scale your ad budget, it’s tough to remain as profitable. And larger amount of traffic tend to cost more as they extrapolate.
But Luke took a different approach…. And it paid off big-time.
He didn’t focus on mainly differentiating his product.
He didn’t focus on differentiating his ad creatives.
But he did differentiate his ad approach….
Still to this day, if you take a look at most ads on Facebook (or really ads anywhere)… the comment section is usually filled with people hating on it (better annoyed, they keep saying the ad in their feed) … or people voicing their interest in it.
What most people do, is hide the bad comments….for fear that they’ll deter potential customers from buying.
And they’ll respond to the positive comments with something along the lines of “ yeah, feel free to purchase” or “ you can click buy now to get one”.
But Luke realize that rarely works… it’s short sighted…. And it’s a major missed opportunity.
Instead of following the same approach, everybody else had, he used the comment section to foster more conversation and controversy.
If someone commented something bad, he left it…. Understanding that any engagement is a positive for the ad (as long as it’s not being reported).
And if someone commented something good, he would respond back, asking for more information to keep the conversation going.
Is team used several tell me accounts to achieve this.
In an interview recently he even gave the example of selling something in the pet niche and how he was able to use this approach to perfection.
When someone would comment something on the ad, he’d have dummy accounts spark conversation with them.
One might ask what kind of dog a commenter had to spark a conversation about how they love that breed
One might comment a picture of their dog…which would inevitably get dozens of responses, saying how cute it was.
And then one might even comment on those posts and say something like “that dog is so ugly” or “ why would you ever get that breed they have x issue”.
Which would obviously get people riled up and arguing back-and-forth…with what they didn’t know was an account just trying to elicit a reaction from them.
And all this extra engagement, signaled to Facebook that this ad was extremely successful and captivating… simply because they had for more engagement than all the others at the same size and spend.
So they began to suggest it more for much cheaper. And he was able to scale it to astronomically high amounts for historically low CPCs and CPMs (or cost per click and cost per thousand views).
And that is Luke Belmar broke the Shopify drop shipping game on Facebook… revolutionized it forever….And tricked the company into feeding his ads to hundreds of millions of people for dirt cheap.
In a recent interview, he even said he had one of the top ads ever using this method.
Ultimately, though, the way he achieved, this was bt thinking differently…. And not following exactly what everyone else was doing.
I gave several other examples of how to do this in the video up on the screen right now, if you’re interested.
If you wanna make big waves, you can’t be scared to try new things and to be original… otherwise you'll just be a worse copy of everyone else.

I’ve had an Amazon seller account for well over a decade….& I’ve sold pretty seriously on Amazon for the past 6 years roughly.
I have experience with literally every single method of selling on the platform.
The overall best method is leveraging wholesale suppliers. It’s one of the best scalable, consistent, and easy to start ways of selling on Amazon.
But most people don’t know you actually don’t NEED to purchase in bulk and spend thousands of dollars ahead of time, in order to leverage the business model.
You can actually combine amazon wholesale with dropshipping, which opens up a whole new can of possibilities for you.
This isn’t ALWAYS the best way to go for everyone, though.
So, in this video, we’re going to compare selling wholesale on Amazon FBA to drop shipping on Amazon…. The benefits and drawbacks of each….And I’ll talk about my experience with both.
As we touched on the previous comparison video I did, Selling wholesale with Amazon FBA is a business model where you buy products in bulk from a manufacturer or distributor and then sell those products on Amazon.
One of the key benefits of this model is that you can buy products at a lower price due to the bulk purchasing power you’ll have with these companies.
You also won’t actually need to run any ads to your products to generate sales….or even build the brand at all….simply b/c you’re sourcing products that already have demand on amazon and typically already have a recognizable brand name.
There’s a TON of scalability her b/c you’re typically selling products with lots of demand AND you’re leveraging amazon fba who will do all the logistics, customer service, and fulfilment FOR YOU.
One of the main drawbacks of this however is that you'll be competing with other sellers who are also selling the same products (usually from similar – if not the same distributors – so their cost of goods can be the same as yours).
One of the main issues I faced when learning this business model was understanding how to properly test listings before jumping full into them.
There can be a lot more risk on product listings like this b/c you typically need to buy more inventory for them, which means if you miscalculated your competition or the opportunity on this listing, it can be a more costly error….and costly learning experience.
Like we just covered, many manufacturers require a minimum order quantity, which means you may have to invest a large amount of money upfront to get into each listing….which IS NOT the case when you’re doing wholesale dropshipping.
Wholesale dropshipping is more similar to wholesale fba than most people realize….but comes with a lot less risk.
And despite what most people think…it IS WITHIN the terms of service on amazon. So you’re not breaking any rules when doing this. You’re allowed to dropship on amazon if it’s from wholesale suppliers where you are the seller of record on the invoice.
When wholesale dropshipping you take the same approach you would with buying wholesale products in bulk. You setup accounts with wholesale companies. Then you scan their product lists to see which products are selling on amazon AND are profitable…then you list those products and wait for the sales to roll in.
The only differences here are when applying to suppliers, you need to make sure they’ll work with dropshippers. The easiest way to do this is to check if they have NO minimum order quantities…AND they offer order fulfillment.
On top of that, you DON’T ship your products into FBA either. Instead, the wholesale company ships the product directly to your customer on your behalf. And you keep the profit.
There’s software that will take care of your entire wholesale dropshipping business FOR YOU which is a game changer too….and I covered all of it in depth in the video up in the right hand corner right now (ALSO LINK THIS IN THE DESCRIPTION).
The drawback of wholesale dropshipipng compared to wholesale fba is that the supplier pool you’ll be able to work with is much less than if you weren’t dropshipping b/c NOT every wholesale supplier will be dropship friendly…which can limit your prospects.

I’ve talked about Selling Wholesale on Amazon FBA a lot of this channel. I’ve also talked about doing online arbitrage and shipping it into Amazon FBA a lot too….but lately in the discord chat I’ve been getting a lot of questions on my experience starting a few different private label products a few years ago….and whether or not I think it’s still a viable business model that people should try to get into….or if they shouldn’t waste their time and selling online arbitrage products or wholesale products is more worth it.
So in this video, we'll be discussing three different business models and comparing the benefits and drawbacks of each….to give you a clear cut winner!
First let’s discuss Selling Wholesale on Amazon FBA
Selling wholesale with Amazon FBA is a business model where you buy products in bulk from a manufacturer or distributor and then sell those products on Amazon. One of the key benefits of this model is that you can buy products at a lower price due to the bulk purchasing power you have with these companies….not to mention the fact that as you build up a good relationship with them, you can slowly get even cheaper prices which increases your profit margins significantly if you’re buying a lot of inventory.
Another key benefit of this is you don’t actually need to run any ads to your products to generate sales….or even build the brand at all….simply b/c you’re sourcing products that already have demand on amazon and typically already have a recognizable brand name. There’s a TON of scalability here. It’s not abnormal at all for normal people to hop into this and a few years later their sales are in the millions. I see it happen ALL THE TIME.
One of the main drawbacks of this….is that you'll be competing with other sellers who are also selling the same products. Also, some manufacturers may require a minimum order quantity, which means you may have to invest a large amount of money upfront….depending on the product and the specific distributor. But perhaps the most worrisome part of this for newer sellers is the fact that you’re more invested into a product listing (b/c you’re often buying more inventory for each listing)….which means if you miscalculated your competion or the opportunity on this listing, it can be a more costly error than if you did that on say an online arbitrage listing.
Which brings me to Selling Online Arbitrage on Amazon FBA
This is the very first way I got started on selling on Amazon. I still think it’s great for beginners trying to get into ecommerce and learn the ropes of how to make profitable buys, learn amazon through actually doing (which is the best way), and mitigate their risk heavily in the process.
With this business model where you buy products from online retailers and then resell those products on Amazon. One of the benefits of this model is that you can find products at a lower price than you would if you were buying them from a manufacturer or distributor. This is because you're often taking advantage of sales, clearance items, and other discounts. Another major benefit for beginners is that you’re not “married” to a listing a lot of times since you typically don’t source that many units for each listing. That gives you more flexibility….and a lot more room to make errors….And they won’t be as costly if you do mess up a buy. You can chalk it up to a learning experience and it most likely won’t be a big deal.
However, there are also some drawbacks to selling online arbitrage products. One of the main drawbacks is that you'll need to do a lot of research to find profitable products…mainly b/c it’s a lower barrier to entry business….so you’ll be competing with a lot of other sellers (that wouldn’t otherwise be on wholesale listings - for example). You'll also need to be careful about the condition of the products you're buying, as Amazon has strict rules about selling used or damaged items. Finally, you'll need to be able to move quickly to take advantage of sales and other opportunities….and make sure your products get into FBA in a timely fashion. Because A LOT can change quickly on an Amazon listing that is selling elsewhere for cheaper.
All in all, this business model is a GREAT way to get started selling on amazon…..and learn the ropes quickly while making some money. But it is tough to scale it to a significant amount without spending astronomical amounts of time.

I’ve created 3 videos documenting my YouTube automation journey from the very beginning.
And every single one has gotten a lot of views (buy this channels standards). So I know there’s a lot of interest in this.
But it’s been over three months since I last created a video on it …. And I’ve learned a lot since then….. and even slightly tweaked my approach with some channels to test out different methods.
So, in this video, I want to update you on the two most effective methods I’ve found to grow a YouTube Automation channel fast.
To recap, YouTube automation is simply the idea that you can monetize a YouTube channel and the videos on it without ever showing your face.
Typically to achieve this , most “gurus” recommend outsourcing three different things: the writing of the video script, the voiceover, and the video graphic overlay.
I've watched hundreds of videos on this personally and created hundreds of YouTube automation videos for my own channels…. So everything we’re gonna cover here is based on actual experience.
The first method you can use to monetize a channel I like to call the volume approach. This is essentially the same method I’ve covered in the last three videos.
You can use software to do all three of these things for you.
You can either paraphrase successful articles and scripts using a software like quill bot…. Or you can have a chat, GPT, write scripts for you in a matter of seconds.
With the right prompts and specific instructions it’ll pump out high-quality YouTube automation Scripps I’m pretty much anything faster than anything we’ve ever seen before…. Which has been a game changer for this.
Then you can either record the voiceover yourself…. Or use a high quality text to speech AI software like murf.ai to record it for you.
A little tip when using AI software to record your voiceovers….if you speed them up just a little bit, it can sound a bit more like a human because there’s less obvious faults in the speech inflection points when it’s reading scripts quickly.
This obviously differs from software to software and voice to voice…but just try it out, it works REALLY well with some.
Then you can use a Software like pictory to generate the video graphics for you, and sink the script and audio to the video graphics.
This software is a game changer for YouTube automation videos because it does EVERYTHING for you automatically very fast…and for a small monthly fee (instead of hundreds of dollars-thousands of dollars on a video editor).
Obviously, the drawback of this approach (the volume approach) is that often your videos WONT be as high-quality as the videos someone can make if they spend lots of time or money on these things.
But the benefit of this approach is you can create soooo many videos very fast and very cheap so you can get a better idea of what works for that niche.
Plus, there’s a reason to throw shit at a wall and see what sticks approach works in so many industries. It’s like fishing with 100 polls instead of just 1.
You have a much higher likelihood of catching a fish…. And any one of these videos can potentially take off if it gets some traction.
On top of that, if you pick the right niche and topic, picture he WILL create a high-quality video.
Their stock library is full of millions of stock videos they pull from… but you’ll notice once you try a few different videos, some niches create better videos than others…. Which is another little piece of insight when doing this.
That leads me to the second approach… which is the approach I’ve been doing on two of my newer channels lately.
It takes more start up money to create videos like this (nothing crazy though). But the videos that are created are much higher quality.
And typically on YouTube videos can take off exponentially. As MrBeast said, it’s easier to create one video they get 1 million views… then 10 videos that get 100,000 views.
So there is merit to the quality over quantity approach, for sure.
When using this approach, I’ll do the same thing for the video script. I’ll either tell chat GPT to take on the identity of my YouTube script writer…. Then give it a specific instructions of what script I wanted to write.

There’s an over saturation of content creators, YouTubers, Instagram Influencers, and TikTokers at the moment.
Everyone is making videos with the intention of grabbing your attention in this “attention economy”.
The only issue is….there’s a finite amount of attention, and there’s a radically growing number of attention seekers.
Another example of this would be in e-commerce. There’s also an oversaturation of Dropshippers.
Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE dropshipping and I still run my own dropshipping business daily.
But Because it’s super easy to start, ANYONE can replicate the “business” that you’re running and compete with you.
Realizing these facts doesn’t necessarily mean you should run away from these businesses, not compete, and give up.
There’s a reason there’s so many people doing them. They work.
But ultimately, I want to talk about how you can take it a step further in this video. I want to talk about thinking differently and not necessarily following what everyone else is doing to a T.
One of the very first things I saw success with as an entrepreneur followed this exact recipe….and I wasn’t even aware of it at the time.
It was about 5-6 years ago roughly. And there was A LOT of hype about starting your own Amazon private label product.
For the first time young entrepreneurs were popping up on YT in their super cars claiming you could get rich by ordering products from China, slapping your own brand name on them, and shipping them into Amazon FBA.
I along with thousands of others tried this exact business model. And I was able to launch a few products successfully….but never really got the level of success I was hoping for.
It ultimately just came with a lot of headaches and unforeseen problems I hadn’t been expecting.
Plus, every day it got harder and harder b/c there were sooo many other people coming into the market and launch products that directly competed with you.
One thing I had learned from starting a few products was a product launch strategy where you gave away lots of coupon codes or Amazon coupon websites….so customers could get your product for free (or extremely cheap).
This would help your product rank higher on Amazon so you would ultimately start to pick up organic sales when people would search amazon for specific keywords.
And one day it hit me….what was stopping ME from going on these websites as a buyer, getting hundreds (or even thousands) of these products for FREE, then shipping them back into Amazon fba to sell them at full price on that same exact listing.
Because my cost of goods was extremely cheap (really on the shipping into Amazon fba which came out to around $1 per product), my profit per item was substantial (it could be anywhere from $5-$100+ depending on how expensive the product was on Amazon at the time).
And from this coupon arbitrage was born. Idk if I’m the only person that started this….but I’m certainly one of the first.
I taught this to thousands of people for a while up until the private label sellers started to catch on and adapt about a year later.
That first year I did over six figures in profit….from coupon arbitrage alone.
And the reason it worked so well is the exact lesson I’m covering in this video.
There was an over saturation of private label sellers at the time. And instead of ONLY competing AS A private label seller in a market where the opportunity was dwindling more and more each day, I instead asked myself a better question.
Keep in mind I didn’t realize I was doing this at the time. It wasn’t pre meditated. But it did work.
I simply said to myself “okay, there’s an over saturation of private label sellers and it seems like more and more and starting every day. So rather than solely competing with them….what can I do, offer, or build….that directly benefits from the over saturation of these specific sellers?
And this is such an important lesson I’ve had to realize. Thinking differently.
One of the most brilliant things I’ve heard Kobe Bryant say was “there’s a lot of answers I don’t have yet….. There’s even a lot of questions that I don’t have yet.”

Just a few days ago Open AI released the new version of the AI software that’s been taking the world by storm (Chat GPT-4)
It’s supposed to have more advanced capabilities, a lot faster processing power, and in layman’s terms…be a lot smarter.
And there’s a lot of important questions we need answered about the future of eCommerce (especially with this new technology evolving rapidly and a lot of people fearing it’ll replace them….and even entire industries).
So, today….instead of asking the best eCom guru….we’re going to ask the guru of guru’s. Today we ask chat gpt-4 the hard ecommerce questions. And we demand answers….and clarity.
A few things before we start firing away some questions….in my experience the more specific and detailed you can be with your questions and prompts….the better more precise answer you’ll get.
Also, the prompts are extremely important. So if you’re not getting the answer you want, try a different approach. The best example of this I’ve found is give chatgpt a new identity.
For example, you can tell it “you are now my ______ (fill in the blank). Give me business advice on ______ (be specific).
Or even…”You are now an actor. Play the role of Elon Musk and give me practical business advice from his perspective on how to scale my dropshipping business as quick as possible with the least risk.”
Hopefully those get you thinking a little bit about how to approach it. But for now, let’s just start with some simple ones….

There’s a major problem with a TON of the information we see on YouTube about eCommerce currently.
There’s always going to be pretenders and people with ulterior motives in any business arena.
And of course there’s a monetary incentive to seeing success on YouTube, which is where a lot of these issuea stem from.
I remember watching a video from Sam Ovens a while back on how the online information market had gotten sooo backwards that the people who were winning were simply the people that shouted the loudest….NOT those who were actually the best.
And I believe this is what we’re seeing currently with a lot of eCommerce YouTubers.
A perfect example of this is these 1 week ….or even 1 day challenges you see trending all over the place.
These videos play to the short attention span of people & a get rich quick mentality….which is rampant.
You can never expect to get actual results in that short of a time period. And any results you might get would be short lived (if they weren’t a complete fluke.)
But it’s not sexy to tell people the honest truth.
That, yes. Its 100% possible to succeed with ALL of these things. BUT it’s going to be a lot harder than you think, it’s going to take a lot longer than you think, and you’re actually going to have to put some work in.
There’s no finding “some magical product” that’s going to fly off the shelves with 0 effort.
On top of that, it seems like there’s much more upside in entertainment than actual information or experience.
Obviously the best YouTubers combine all of these elements well…but there seems to be a record amount of people with business and life advice….who don’t have a successful business…and don’t have any life experience.
For instance, any Shopify search will yield you hundreds of 18 year olds in their college dorm rooms giving advice on how they scaled their Shopify Stores.
Maybe I’m just a bitter guy in his 30s annoyed that I had to earn my stripes and fail my way to learning how to succeed….there’s definitely some truth to that.
But ultimately, people like this are NOT who you want to be taking advice from.
They can’t teach you any lessons about how to adjust when something inevitably changes…or how to weather the storm that hits every successful business eventually.
And that’s assuming they are actually seeing the level of success they’re claiming they are….which is most likely a stretch as well.
Ultimately though, I get it. It’s not fully their fault for trying the fake it til you make it approach. (it’s really the only play at that stage)
The fault lies with US. The viewers.
For constantly looking for a “shortcut” or a “fast paced way to make money”…or gravitating to the “most entertaining videos and fast paced edits” simply b/c it maintains our attention longer….
which ultimately just leads to looking to these KIDS with no experience, and no business acumen for advice on how to start a business and make money.
And don’t get me wrong there ARE young kids out there that are able to be successful online…obviously.
especially now when their expertise in specific technology’s is a massive advantage.
BUT those people are the very SMALL Exception NOT the rule.
It seems like All you need to find success as an e-commerce YouTuber these days is good editing skills… trendy challenge videos… and a video topic on Shopify drop shipping.
But maybe im completely wrong. Maybe people are mainly watching these channels for the entertainment aspect of it…AND not so much the advice. Let me know what you think….

It’s a niche NO ONE. is currently dropshipping in. It’s even a method of dropshipping NO ONE seems to currently be doing.
In this video, I’m gonna explain how I stumbled on it by accident, the strategy behind how it works, & show you how ANYONE can implement this TODAY completely free.
So to understand how I stumbled upon this method, picture me sitting in this very room about a month ago.
I get hit with yet another YouTube ad for Diablo II resurrected.
Diablo II resurrected is just a relaunch of a very popular game. I was obsessed with when I was like 13.
I’ve been itching to play it, feeling a little nostalgic, and curious to see if it was as amazing as I remembered it when I was a kid.
So I bought it, downloaded it, and started to play.
It was just as addictive as I remembered… and I knew playing it would ultimately waste weeks of my life.
B/c of that, I set out to beat it as fast as possible so there was nothing left to do & I got it out of my system.
In the game you want to level your character up to 99 and equip them with the best items possible.
I could either spend LOTS of time doing this…or… I remembered, you could buy a bunch of stuff to make your character strong & shortcut the process.
Since I’m an adult now with my own money … & time is more important than a little bit of money…. I opted to go this route…. knowing that once my characters were really good and I had beaten the game, there’d be no more reason to play it & the allure of the game would wear off….and I could get back to my life.
This led me to googling “buy Diablo II resurrected items.”…..
and as I looked through the countless websites offering cheap items to buy, a new dropshipping idea came to life.
I’ve been looking for a way to differentiate WHAT I dropshipped and even WHERE I dropshipped…for a while now.
It seems like everyone does the same exact dropshipping business models with the same exact products and same exact tactics….which ULTIMATELY just leads to saturation.
But this was a brand new niche and a brand new arena to compete in. None of these people offering these items were drop shipping.
They were using bots in the game to find these items and then selling them super cheap.
So, if I could find a better (or different) way to acquire customers interested in these items…or improve upon these scammy looking websites, I could then use them as my suppliers… and upsell the same products.
So then, how would I find a better or different way to acquire customers?
There’s two main ways I could do this. And the 2nd one we’ll cover in a second is the way ANYONE can start dropshipping like this for FREE today.
The first way would be to build my own website that sold the same exact products, improve the look of it so it didn’t look scammy to customers, and then pay for Google AdWords to rank #1 on google for “buy Diablo II resurrected items” and similar keywords.
This is actually a lot easier than it sounds b/c you can either hire someone on fiverr to copy their website but improve the design slightly for relatively cheap…..
…or even use a free software (like HTtrack) to copy their entire website automatically for you. Then adjust the design slightly to improve it.
And since none of these sites were paying for Adwords, they were ONLY relying on organic search traffic…. Paying for that keyword would be super cheap.
BUT all of this does require a little time, probably more effort than you want to spend to get started, and even potentially some money…..So, enter the easy method anyone can do today.
You could set up a fiverr gig completely free…and offer to equip someone’s character with the best items for say $100.
Since I’ve played this game for probably 1000s of hours…I KNOW there’s loads of people that would be willing to pay that (and A LOT more for items just like this).
A simple Google search will turn up “ the best items for _______” )enter whatever character the customer is playing).
Then you can simply buy those items from one of these websites…..and just give them to that person yourself (like they were yours)….and keep the profit.
I’d imagine it might cost anywhere from $20-50 depending on what those items were.

Today I’m going to make a case for exactly how you can…with receipts from my own affiliate marketing payouts this past month (so you know I’m not just telling you YOU can). This is from actual experience.
Lets get the fun stuff out of the way first. Here are my top 5 affiliate payouts from this past month (in order from lowest to highest).
I have about 30 affiliate partners in total, but these were the top 5 from last month.
Coming in at 5 is Sourcemogul at $279. Sourcemogul is a software I’ve used and recommended for years now.
It helps compare amazons catalog of millions of products to other retail suppliers. This helps both online arbitrage sellers and dropshippers find profitable products to list in seconds.
I’ve had a strong partnership with this company for a while now.
Coming in at 4 is the ONLY one on this list I’m not actually able to reveal.
Since I’m working on a profit share for this relatively new company (and I don’t just get a commission every time I’m able to get someone to sign up for it), I’m not really allowed to divulge what company it is.
But if you’ve watched this channel, it’s one I recommend ALL the time.
I got paid $316.25 this past month from a small portion of their overall profit. And I’m really excited about this deal b/c hypothetically…as they grow, my earning potential should grow significantly too.
I have a vested interest in seeing this company succeed. But as we’ll talk about shortly….that’s NOT why I recommend them.
Coming in at 3 is Jungle Scout at $596.48. Jungle scout is another software I’ve recommended for a longggg time.
It’s the best software IMO for quickly gaging the sales of amazon listings (so you know if they’re good buys or not).
I’ve recommend this software since I started on YouTube like 5 years ago.
Coming in at 2 is Scan Unlimited at $715.50. Scan Unlimited is another software I strongly believe in and use in my own business all the time.
It’s very similar to source mogul in that it compares millions of amazon listings to other products. The only difference is this software compares wholesale products (not retail products – which is what I recommend using source mogul for).
Scan unlimited is a no brainer for anyone trying to start a wholesale business on amazon. You won’t be able to compete without it.
And coming in at 1 is Pictory at $825.43. Pictory is the main software I use to create YouTube automation videos.
It automatically comes up with relevant images and videos…. and then snycs them together with your video script and voice over to create a YouTube video.
This saves soooo much time b/c you can create videos in matters of minutes (and you don’t have to spend hours and hours editing videos yourself…or pay loads of money to hire a video editor either).
All together these top 5 affiliate partners paid me out $2,732.66 this past month.
If you combine those with the rest of my affiliates for the month….I earned a total of $5,210.67 from affiliate marketing.
So the answer is yes….you CAN make a full time income JUST doing affiliate marketing on YouTube (even still).
If you extrapolate those numbers over 12 months, then it would be roughly $62,528.04 per year. Which is like a salary.
Keep in mind this month was a little bit higher than usual, but these numbers aren’t that high at all when you compare them to other YouTubers with bigger followings and more engagement.
So, it’s safe to say these numbers are obtainable (with consistency, time, and effort) for almost anyone
This assumes you’re making good content…..AND assumes you’re following the dos and don’ts I’m about to share with you. So here they are…
First, understand that all of these affiliate partners mainly pitch software programs that sell themselves. I don’t really need to sell them much myself.
They already solve a problem for a specific target market. So it’s really easy for me to just show them in action…explain them a bit…and then tell the viewer they can save a bit of money on them if they sign up threw my link.
Which brings me to point #2….less is more when you pitch.
I don’t need to have some strong drawn out sales pitch for these….AND IF I DID…I probably wouldn’t convert very many people to them.

Making money dropshipping on Facebook marketplace was easier than stealing candy from a baby….for a while there.
You can list pretty much any product from any supplier at a significant mark up…. And it would sell organically.
Everyone doing it was raking in massive profits.
Annnddd… then things changed.
Recently, sales on the platform are much harder to come by … and everyone doing this seems to be frustrated b/c theirs just dried up overnight.
But here’s the REAL reason I believe it seems like Facebook marketplace died overnight,
Even when sales we’re at the highest in the beginning, it was still evident to everyone that Facebook was throttle in traffic from the back end.
Whether it was a passing more traffic to newer, just launched sellers….
…Or giving easy sales to Facebook shops when they launched and favoring them over normal marketplace sellers, it’s obvious they’ve been doing this (in some form) for a while.
Which is why I think his explanation makes a lot of sense.
Marketplace and shop sales were booming. And to go from that…. To almost nothing overnight, raises A LOT of questions.
Mainly, why would Facebook CHOOSE to kill something they put so much time, effort, and engineering power into building.
Unless, this was their plan from the start.
He did say hes seen them use this playbook over and over again throughout the years.
From initially giving organic posts, lots of visibility… to then letting the feed get saturated with ads….
To giving business pages tons of reach to their followers…. And ultimately taking that away too…to the point now where you get almost 0 engagement.
…To now marketplace it seems.
Maybe this was their endgame all along.
It’s possible they wanted to build up Marketplace and Shops… and then begin to charge for a Ads, once small, third-party sellers and businesses became more established and said their products up on the platform.
Personal marketplace was their way to take some of the marketshare away from eBay… and make 5% on every sale.
And since dropshippers turned Facebook ads into the Premier way to scale their own businesses on Shopify…
It seems as if FB shops was their reaction to that, and their way to potentially cut out the middleman so Facebook could instead collect the commission on every sale, cut Shopify out entirely, and pass traffic to people who uploaded their products directly to Facebook shops.
And now that a lot of major companies have established shops, there’s thousands and thousands of smaller third-party sellers on marketplace, and customers are a little more used to the idea of buying products directly on Facebook…..
They might be thinking it’s a good time to test killing the organic rich, everyone began to rely on…. And again start charging people for the privilege of reaching customers.
So, if that’s the case, what can you do about it?
I wouldn’t recommend abandoning listing here for organic traffic entirely.
There’s no doubt sales in traffic down significantly. BUT I’m still doing anywhere from $100-$200 in profit per day across my marketplaces and shops.
Which yes, is a far cry from what it used to be…. But that’s still decent money that I’ll gladly take.
I’ve also covered this before in previous videos.
There’s two main things I’d recommend focusing on if you wanna make more sales here.
The easiest one is just change of your suppliers.
Use other suppliers from the most popular ones… And youll differentiate the products the customer see, which can send sales your way, and have you competing in a blue ocean (NOT in race to the bottom pricing against dozens of other sellers also in the same products).
Plus, when a product from one of these suppliers hits, it’ll sell for a lot longer…b/c you won’t have tons of people sniping you, listing it, and undercutting you.
AND you can even create a “moat” around your business by listing from suppliers that don’t integrate with any software.

There’s 3 main ways I successfully built dropshipping businesses with free organic traffic…and in this video I’m going to break down the strategies & software that makes each one possible.
The first way is basically the “throw shit at the wall and see what sticks” approach.
You can list products from popular retail websites on online marketplaces for slightly more.
Examples of these marketplaces include: FBM, Poshmark, mercari, offerup, kidizen, vinted, bonanza, grailed, & curtsy.
The reason this is so effective is because it’s completely free to list on these places.
So, if you’re willing to put in the effort and time, you can make decent money doing this.
The volume approach is the simplest way to succeed b/c of this.
But you also wanna mix in good product research as well. Basically see what’s already selling on the platform for other sellers… and then list stuff like that.
It sounds simple, but it’s effective.
The next way is the dropship print on demand designs on Etsy.
You can create designs yourself… or you can see whats already working for other sellers on the platform, draw inspiration from it, & put your own spin on it for a very similar design.
That way you know it’s already gotten sales and there’s a high likelihood that it might sell for you too.
If you don’t have any graphic design experience, there’s a ton of free YouTube tutorials I can teach you in 30 minutes… and you can even use a free software like Canva to create them.
Or, if you’re like me, you can simply hire somebody to create them for you. I found a phenomenal graphic designer on OJPH for $2/hour…. And he creates all the designs for me.
Then, when you have a design, you can use a company like printful… which automatically integrates with your Etsy store.
They’ll then print the design (on a T-shirt, mug, or whatever), ship it to the customer, and input the tracking number in your Etsy order all automatically for you.
They’ll just charge you a slight fee…. But only AFTER you make a sale and you’re guaranteed profit.
On Etsy it does cost you $.20 every time you list something, but that’s super cheap.
If you list 100 items, that’s only $20. So it only takes one or two sales…and then the rest is net profit.
And third is drop shipping on Amazon.
Drop shipping on Amazon is different than drop shipping on every other platform… mainly because of the way products are showcased to customers on the site.
On other sites when you search for product, there can be many listings for that same product.
On Amazon however, there’s only one listing for each product…. Which means you compete for sales on SPECIFIC listings NOT in search (as a whole).
That does make finding profitable product to drop ship a little bit tougher, BUT b/c you can automate the majority of this with software….
Once you do find a good product, it’s pretty much hands off for you, plus the shelf life of that product can be a lot longer & it can sell over and over again without any more work on your part.
I also dropship wholesale products on Amazon, as well. But we’re just talking specifically about dropshipping retail products in this video (which is much more beginner friendly).
It is technically against Amazons TOS to dropship from other retail sites. So make sure you’re not doing it from any big box retailers they directly compete with (for ex. Target, eBay, Home Depot, bed Bath and beyond, Walmart, etc..).
If your drop shipping from obscure suppliers that customers won’t recognize, then you’ll be fine.
To help find profitable products I use a software called sourcemogul. It compares hundreds of retail websites & the products on them to Amazon’s catalog of millions of products.

I saw a video from Alex Hormozi recently and in it he said “don’t preach at people and tell them what they SHOULD do” ….”instead explain what’s worked for you and hopefully it’ll work for them”
And this made me realize, this is exactly how I’ve been approaching a lot of my videos.
So today, instead of telling you what you should do, I’m simply going to tell you what’s been working for me.
Typically, my work day would revolve around waking up and setting up my laptops for my Virtual Assistants.
I would have 3 of them start listing on Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Shops.
Then when they were done those, they’d move on to listing on other sites like poshmark, mercari, and others.
My other VA would process orders. Depending on how many orders came in the past day and overnight, he’d typically process them all day….and if there were A LOT, I’d help process orders too.
B/c if they didn’t get done a day or two after they were placed, shipping times might start getting behind and then everything would suffer.
On days where orders were a little bit slower, he’d either finish them and then do product research for Amazon Dropshipping…or setup amazon products in seller central (if we already had a list of profitable products to add).
I built out an entire system for each one of these things…and hired each person to implement those systems step by step.
It was a constant grind day in and day out (even on most weekends), but of course the money was great…so I stuck with it.
Fast forward to today….my main Facebook account is now disabled (which was responsible for about 10-20K per month in profit across a marketplace and several shops)
and the other accounts I still have (new marketplaces and new shops) are all down significantly.
I’m still doing anywhere from $100-200 in daily profit across all accounts….but obviously that’s a far cry from what I used to do with ease.
Honestly though….I’m relieved. Facebook dropshipping at that level was literally a STRESSFUL full time job…even though the money was great.
And losing those main accounts made me rethink my approach and adapt….which ultimately led me to a more hands off type of business where I’m more so an overseer…..and I can spend a lot more of my time creating videos like this which I enjoy….mainly b/c the dropshipping business runs itself.
So, now I’ll wake up and I’ll setup my computers for my VAs just like before.
I’ve learned to hire directly from OJPH. From there, you’re able to hire good VAs but for $2 an hour to start.
Which is a MASSIVE difference from the $6-10/hour my VAs we’re earning before.
That allows me the freedom to test A BUNCH more things b/c I’m not handcuffed by NEEDING to get a positive ROI on every hour.
It’s pretty easy to make a few sales a day per VA to at least net even at that rate obviously….and if you’re doing it right….you can definitely do better.
Once the computers are setup my VAs will begin to list on a number of websites (Facebook marketplace, Facebook shop, bonanza, Etsy, mercari, poshmark, depop, kidizen, grailed, curtsy, OfferUp, and vinted).
Now, since I have more flexibility…we just take the volume approach and hit every platform as much as possible each day (with some well researched products sprinkled in too). And it’s working pretty solid I would say.
We’re not doing the same numbers as before when Facebook was the wild Wild West as far as revenue goes….but profitability across the business as a whole is pretty close too that
….simply because the expenses of paying 4 VAs $8/hr to list, do product research, and process orders is MUCH cheaper than paying 3 VAs a total of $24 per hour.
That’s literally 1/3 the cost….a major difference.
I also have 1 VA that processes orders from the previous day as well. And then contacts wholesale suppliers for Amazon’s dropshipping after that.
We shoot to contact just a few suppliers a day…b/c if too many respond in a short time frame, we typically can’t get setup with all of them quickly enough, which can be a bad look.
I’d prefer a slow consistent scale….which is exactly what we’re doing.

A lot has changed in the dropshipping landscape this year.
So I’m this video we’re going to cover what sites are still worth your time (in order)…..and why!
The first site I’d recommend focusing on is Amazon.
With the right products, the sales on this site will fly in.
Plus one of the best parts about it is you can automate 90-95% of the work with software…..so once you have a product up, it’s fully managed automatically.
And I have so many free tutorials on Amazon dropshipping….and all the other sites we’ll cover in todays video….on this channel for free in case you want to learn more.
The 2nd site I’d recommend focusing on this year is Etsy.
The easiest way to dropship ok Etsy is with print on demand and partnering with a software like printful.
Then all you need to do is create the designs and printful will literally do everything else for you for a small fee per sale.
There’s a lot of different ways to find designs that’ll sell. But once you have a bunch of them up….the sales will start rolling in Consistently.
Plus, if you’re not good at creating designs you can always hire a graphic designer for relatively cheap on a site like fiverr or OJPH.
These first 2 are the most hands off ways to dropship…. And it’s no coincidence I have them 1 & 2. Lots of potential sales, but with the least time spent.
The third side is Facebook (both shops & marketplace). To be honest, Facebook is a complete wildcard this year.
Sales could remain mediocre… or they could completely skyrocket.
Regardless, there’s still plenty of sales to be had here (even still)… and I highly recommend you continue to list here.
I strongly believe the floodgates are open at some point this year. And the more products you have up when that happens, the more rewards you’ll reap.
4th is Poshmark. For a while, this was a site I overlooked.
But something happened about a year ago, and my sales have been pretty consistent ever since.
when you drop ship on Poshmark, you do need to order the products to you first and then ship them out with the Poshmark label (which can be a headache).
But because of that, it limits your competition to other people that are willing to do that too…. and people who aren’t in rural areas.
You also need to use a share bot to constantly bring traffic to your listing and make sales….if you don’t, you’ll seriously struggle.
But if you do….and you’re willing to use their labels…you can consistently make $1,000-2,000 monthly on this platform fairly easily….maybe even more!
Next is Mercari. I like to think of Mercari as a baby eBay.
I used to have tutorials on how to dropship here up on YouTube, but they threaten to sue me if I kept teaching people how.
I will say that if you try to dropship here like you do on other websites, your account will inevitably get suspended.
There’s a few things you can do the dropship here effectively. I won’t be teaching them…. But you can look into it if you want to.
The 6th site is a new comer to be honest. I haven’t talked much about it. And that’s Bonanza.
I looked into Dropshipping on bonanza a while back, but it seemed like you needed to pay for a subscription in order to sell there… which obviously didn’t appeal to me.
I’m not sure when it changed, but that’s no longer the case. But now that you left there for free… and you don’t need to pay for the store subscription.
I don’t have a ton of experience on this website (compared to the others on this list), but I’ve been selling decently here for a little while now and it really seems promising.
They’ll even promote your products for you with Google ads and if they sell those simply charge you a small fee… but you’re still be profitable.
Coming in at 7th is another site with next to no competition….OfferUp.
Offer up is another one just like Poshmark where you need to use their label.
It’s also annoying because they only let you list from the phone… but that’s another reason why there’s next to no competition here.
And you can list really easily from Mobile… if you download Google Chrome app b/c you can save pictures so much faster (which is the most time consuming part of listing).

What are the best Etsy niches to get into? We’ll cover the 10 best ones in this video.
All of these are niches with LOTS of demand so there’s no shortage of sales if you start here.
I’ve covered several Etsy dropshipping tutorials so far…specifically on print on demand designs and how I scaled my Etsy store quickly.
I’ll make sure to link that playlist in the description (at the bottom) if you want to learn more about it.
When you want to build your store quickly, one of the best things you can do is to mimic PROVEN designs that are already selling on the platform.
That way you know there’s proof of sales with that design….and you can then put your own spin on it….and improve it.
This is nothing new…and I’ve talked about this in many of the tutorials.
That said, there are certainly many benefits to picking a niche and sticking with it, as well.
The main ones being….repeat customers, bundle purchases (meaning several items in an order – not just 1), and building brand authority.
So that’s why I want to cover the 10 best print on demand niches you can start in….and why.
First and foremost, we have the political niche. This is always divisive.
It doesn't matter which side you fall on political shirts always sell b/c people feel super strongly about this topic and they're willing to spend money just to show that.
The next one is one that’s been blowing up for me ever since I started (outdoor and recreational activities)
Soexamples of this are surfing, golfing, disc golf, camping, hiking, and others like that.
People who do these outdoor recreational activities tend to buy shirts about them to display to other people that that's what they're into.
These sell very very well. To this date, a random disc golf shirt is my best seller…and it hasn’t slowed down.
The 3rd niche…is more of a broad sector…and that’s whatever’s trending.
If you hit a trend at the right time your sales can absolutely blow up.
Although, keep in mind that sales in this category tend to be less evergreen and happen more so in spikes….as the trend hits….but then falls off.
So, a perfect example of this might be squid game shirts.
If you listed squid game products now, chances are they wouldn't sell very well b/c there’s a lot of squid game products already….and the hype for it has died down significantly since the Netflix show aired a while ago.
But if hit the ground running and you were one of the first few people to market, you could have definitely designed a shirt that would sell a bunch simply b/c it was such a hot trend.
So if you can keep your pulse on what's trending you can really see success with this.
And some people build their entire stores based around what's trending…which can work well….but then you have to constantly be focused on what’s currently trending and constantly creating new designs.
I personally prefer the evergreen sale route…with designs that will last forever….that way….as you put up more and more designs, you’ll start to consistently get more sales.
The next niche I’d recommend looking into is “girl power”
The reason this works so well is simple. And it’s the same reason why women’s clothes sell a lot more on a site like Poshmark.
Don’t overthink it. There are wayyyy more women that shop on Etsy men. So there’s a lot of potential customers.
The next one is home goods and DIY projects.
People buy a lot of things for their house….and they love to buy things to display in it.
My sister recently bought a handmade shelf on Etsy…and she loves it.
And I've seen so many examples of this in other friends’ houses as well. So if you can create things around home and DIY….(whether it's a t-shirt, a mug, or something else entirely), there’s a good chance it might sell.
I also have a friend (that doesn’t sell on any of these platforms) and he randomly slapped up some live laugh love designs since he already has a design printer for his business which is unrelated …
(and you would think were oversaturated by now)….but he literally got sales the day after.
