Binondo is a district in Manila and is referred to as the city's Chinatown. Its influence extends beyond to the places of Quiapo, Santa Cruz, San Nicolas and Tondo. It is the oldest Chinatown in the world, established in 1594. by the Spaniards as a settlement near Intramuros but across the Pasig River for Catholic Chinese, it was positioned so that colonial rulers could keep a close eye on their migrant subjects. It was already a hub of Chinese commerce even before the Spanish colonial period. Binondo is the center of commerce and trade of Manila, where all types of business run by Filipino-Chinese thrive.

POV Parasailing Boracay #boracay2023 #philippines #boracay #parasailing #walkingtour
Enjoy a 15 minutes parasailing experience alone or with a friend. Observe the beauty of Boracay's coastline from high up.
The staff on the boat will provide you with a life vest and strap you and your friends to the parasail. Hold tight as you wait for the boat to pick up speed and launch you high up in the air.
Before you know it, you will be soaring in the sky and enjoying the beautiful view of Boracay Island. Appreciate the panoramic views of the island from above, and make sure to snap some photos for souvenirs. If you have an action camera, feel free to record the experience. You will be up in the air for around 15 minutes before the staff reels you back into the boat.
To make the most of your parasailing experience, you can also ask your boat captain to dip your feet in the waters as they pull you back to the boat. You will then head back to the shore.

Freediving, free-diving, free diving, breath-hold diving, or skin diving is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus such as scuba gear.
Besides the limits of breath-hold, immersion in water and exposure to high ambient pressure also have physiological effects that limit the depths and duration possible in freediving.
Examples of freediving activities are traditional fishing techniques, competitive and non-competitive freediving, competitive and non-competitive spearfishing and freediving photography, synchronised swimming, underwater football, underwater rugby, underwater hockey, underwater target shooting and snorkeling. There are also a range of "competitive apnea" disciplines; in which competitors attempt to attain great depths, times, or distances on a single breath.
Historically, the term free diving was also used to refer to scuba diving, due to the freedom of movement compared with surface supplied diving.

River Tubing in Boracay #philippines #boracay2023 #boracay #watertubing #insta360x3
There are tours in Boracay that offer ATV and Water Tubing adventures. The experience was OK. I'm a solo traveler and I've been to different places also. However I would recommend the experience to people with kids as it is a relatively safe experience and you can always go back and do it again.

Puka Beach Boracay #walkingtour #boracay2023 #philippines #pukabeach
This is a walking tour of Puka Beach, Boracay. The weather was strong and you can see it in the waves so not a lot of people during that time. The beach was really good though, and being relatively less crowded than White Beach I would definitely take a swim here
Puka Beach is 800 meters long and fronted by a big cliff with a forest alongside it. At dusk you can see flying foxes (very big bats) flying across the top of the cliff.
The sand is coarser than that of White Beach due to the small bits of coral mixed in with it. In the past the beach also used to be lined with puka shells, which is where it got its name from.
It’s also worth knowing that the water increases in depth quickly. So if you’re not confident in your swimming abilities I recommend staying close to the shore.
