Increase punch power
To maximize the power of your punch, you need to use three main principles of physics.
1) Strike along your center line - This allows you to leverage the full weight of your body; Power = Mass * Velocity. Increasing mass is the fasted and most effective way to increase power.
2) Wave motion - The tip of the wave has the most energy. Your body should act like a wave when striking. Stay loose until the last 6 inches before you hit the target.
3) Penetration - Aim for a 6 inch penetration of the target to avoid hyper-extending the elbow.
