WE LEFT BALI for LOMBOK | KUTA
We left Bali! We started our road trip across Indonesia and took the ferry from Bali to Lombok with our motorbikes.
Lombok pretty much offers everything that Bali does, but with a fraction of the tourists. There's beautiful beaches, surfing, diving, volcano treks, and great local food.
We spent a few days in Kuta which is similar to Canggu in Bali, but a lot smaller. It's a laid back surfer town with nice restaurants/bars and a small community of expats. In this video, we'll be exploring Lombok's southern coast and taking you guys to a few different beautiful beaches.
We'll be traveling across Lombok, Sumbawa, and Flores for the next couple of months, so stay tuned for our next videos!

Bali's BIGGEST Rice Terraces | Jatiluwih UNESCO World Heritage Site
We visited the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces in the Tabanan regency of Bali, Indonesia. These terraces are the largest in Bali and make for some stunning aerial views.
The Jatiluwih Rice Terraces are also one of Bali’s UNESCO World Heritage sites due to its complex irrigation system, Subak. Subak dates back to the 9th century and diverts water from sources to 5 rice terraces and their water temples, covering over 19,500 hectares. The Subak reflects the philosophical concept of Tri Hita Karana, which brings together the realms of the spirit, the human world, and nature.

SEKUMPUL + FIJI Waterfalls BALI | 5 Tips for Your Visit
Today we drove to North Bali to visit Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls. We've lived in Bali for over a year and consider these to be the best waterfalls on the island!
These two waterfalls are located in North Bali just outside the town of Singaraja. The best way to visit these waterfalls is by renting a motorbike/scooter and driving there. If you aren't comfortable driving, we recommend hiring a car and getting a driver.
Even though these waterfalls are out of the way from some of the main tourist destinations in Bali, we still think they're well worth the trip! Sekumpul is the tallest waterfall in Bali, standing at about 100 meters. Fiji is a beautiful "Triple Falls."
Here are 5 Tips for your visit:
1. Check weather forecast and plan to visit on a clear day.
2. Visit waterfalls in early afternoon for best lighting and "rainbow effect."
3. Prepare for 10 - 20 mins of hiking and bring water.
4. Wear appropriate shoes you're comfortable getting wet.
5. Park in the location we pinned down below.
