You've got this group, the Global Strategy Group that contracts with the DNC, pay them millions of dollars to go out there and do some advocacy here. Do some kind of research for us there. All sorts of things. Get us a little bit of legal representation. But they also are working with some of the biggest union busters in this country. I'm talking Amazon and Starbucks and even Google. And of course, the law firms that they're associated with that are by extension, getting money from the DNC as well. Just the worst of the worst that you and I have stood right here and gone after these law firms, because these are the biggest pro corporate law firms in this country. Oh, these are the people I go to war with all the time. Covington Burling, I mean, good God. Look at the opioid crisis. Okay. When I was handling that case, it was Covington Burling on the other side of everything. The industry was killing 150 people a day. And working at Covington Burling was Eric Holder, who was the ex attorney general under the Obama administration. Who, oh, by the way, we gave everything to, said, Eric, here it is. Go prosecute somebody. Zero prosecutions. Okay. So now the DNC, they're out saying, we are the labor party, we are good for labor. And we now find out that the people they're working with are doing everything they can to undermine labor in this country. Right? Yeah. Yeah. Did I get that, did I overstate that? No, absolutely not. They're paying these firms that are also the same ones that go out there and say, hey, we will teach you the management of this company, how to spy on people's social media to make sure they're not talking about unions. We'll give you the talking points to hold these big meetings where you tell 'em how evil labor unions are. That is literally right here in this report. And that is who the DNC is contracting with. We are working with these people who are actively, once again, going against our interest and our stated goals and our pledge. We said we'd never do it, but we're doing it. Okay. If I look down this list of who's who of these corporations, of these law firms that are secretly in the dark, behind closed doors working to undermine labor. Out front, you have, at least we know, look, we know where the Republicans stand, right? Yeah. We know they're never gonna help labor. But here you got Democrats, blue dog Democrats, Wall Street Democrats out there with the audacity to say, you know, we're all for you. Let's sing Kumbaya together. And then Sludge finds out, no, that's completely nonsense. They talk about Global Strategy Group. The Global Strategy Group the DNC's put huge money behind, they are one of the worst. Covington Burling's another one. These firms are people that we see on the other side of our table all the time, because they're always working for corporations. And oh, by the way.

I want new people with new ideas because when you're running the same two people you did four years ago, those aren't new ideas. It's not a way to move the country forward. It's a way to either put us back to four years ago or continue what we've got. And everybody says we want new. Yeah. He's coutning on the fact that what, 60% of the American public says, they're not at all enthusiastic about the choices they have. Not at all. He's saying, well, okay, have Biden, Trump, and Literally Anybody Else on the third rung, and I'm probably gonna get a lot of votes. I imagine he would. Even writing in, which is one of the things he's actually encouraging people to do if he's not able to get full ballot access, is just write it in. Because now that that's my name, if you write it in, that could count as a vote towards him. So it's clever. It is very clever. He's a disabled veteran. He is a veteran. And a teacher. And a teacher. The guy's not a nutcase. He actually understands there is that movement outside that says, wait a second, you got 300 million Americans and these two guys are our choice. Really? It seems like every week we're doing another story. Either the story is about the big scam, and that's bring in unaccompanied minors from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, put 'em to work, pay 'em slave wages, put 'em in situations where they're losing arms or they're being killed. Right? I mean, this is a weekly story now. It really is. And that's why it's so important to keep talking about these. The Labor Department, all the way back in September said, we've got over 5,000 incidents here where we've got children, sometimes as young as 14, that are operating heavy machinery, heavy machinery that you typically need a special license to handle. But we've got 14-year-old kids out here, which is what just happened in Tennessee, operating this equipment. They don't know how to use it. They have not been fully trained on it. But these companies are doing it and basically getting away with it because a small fine to pay for violating these laws is absolutely nothing. It's the cost of doing business for these folks. 6,000 minors working in violation of child labor laws. That's where we are right now. And so, I don't know how to say this any clearer. I say it all the time. Why the hell can't we be realistic about what's happening with immigration? Why is it that we can't see that as all this was taking place, the US Chamber of Commerce was pushing this administration, we need more immigrants. We need more immigrants. The associated industries where every major corporation in the country was quietly saying, we gotta get more immigrants in here. And at the same time, you had the talking heads making it look like it was some kind of big compassionate move. We're trying to save these people from awful places. Well, we've taken them and now they're just a tool. They're a disposable tool. That's really what we have. And it's gonna get worse before it gets better, don't you think? Yeah. And I think people need to understand that these migrants that are coming in, even the ones on these temporary work visas, are taken advantage of by these companies. Like you said, typically they will pay them under the table, which means we can pay them less than minimum wage. And that's another benefit they have, by the way, with hiring these 14 and 15 and 16 year olds because even if they're regular US citizens, you can still pay somebody under the age of 16 below minimum wage for I think about six months. Is it six? Yeah, I think you're right. I think it is six. So you save so much money. And then move them out after six months. Exactly. Or they're injured after six months. They're so plentiful. But it used to be corporations, we had to export the work, right? We had to go to India or China or Mexico. And so, the industry was, corporations were saving tons of money putting American workers outta work. But that wasn't even enough. You see, that wasn't even enough because in India, they started wising, they started getting smart. They said, no, you know what? You want to come here, we're gonna start raising what you gotta pay. So industry now says, well, we'll figure out another way. We'll open the borders, let everybody in and in there we got a whole new workforce. Right? Yeah. And this actually goes all the way back.

And then we had Obama comes in, oh, I'm gonna do something about this. This is gonna stop, and some people are gonna be prosecuted. Do you remember that? Yep. It's one reason I jump, do you remember me getting up first thing in the morning going on Fox News of all places to defend Obama because I was so convinced that he was gonna do something meaningful about all this? I mean, that was my talking point. How do we not do something about this? Time after time we heard, that was his point. Not just him, but virtually every president that runs, we're gonna do something. We're gonna clean up the white collar criminal problem in this country. Well, do you know what? After that was done, he let virtually everybody go. Nobody, none of those bankers, not one single banker went to prison. The documents and the conduct was overwhelming. It was criminality from top to bottom. Everybody walked free. It's just the new norm, isn't it? It is. And on top of that, a couple years into Obama's administration, we had the BP Deepwater horizon. Good. I forgot about that. Obama came out and said, you just tell me who's to kick. Those were his exact words, tell me who's to kick. Right. Right. As if he. Well, nobody got their kicked. Everybody got off scot free, even with all of the horrible things we learned. And this cycle just continues itself. And so this story comes out and says, hey, look, we've actually had an uptick in white collar prosecutions. The DOJ actually prosecuted nine more people. Nine. Nine. Not 90, but nine. Nine more than we did the year before. So, hey, we're winning. But then as Public Citizen points out, you look at the numbers and you realize, wait a minute, wait a minute. Whoa. You're not actually prosecuting the big corporate people. You're prosecuting small business owners. Put that in perspective. People with less than 50 employees, you're going after the little local pizza joint on the corner. But you call that a corporate prosecution. Meanwhile, you've got the bankers, you've got the Boeing CEOs, you've got the pharma CEOs, they're killing people. And oh, well, we like them, but yeah, we're gonna get the little clothing shop around the corner. 76% of the prosecutions were for corporations that had fewer than 50 employees. Okay. The rest of the prosecutions, there weren't any. If you had a thousand employees, you weren't, you got something called deferred prosecution. Explain to the viewers what that means. Yeah. This is basically the slap on the wrist. That is the DOJ coming to you and saying, listen, we know deep down you're good people, so we're not gonna hold you accountable. There's gonna be a fine, so give us some money and that's what they, the DOJ loves their fun money. And they get to spend that money that they bring in, that is essentially their big piggy bank. And so they would rather get the money by themselves new offices, new company cars, new computers. Cool SUVs. Exactly. And that is what they do because we've done that story too. But then these companies say, okay, well we won't do it again. Two years later, they'll be back in front of those DOJ lawyers saying, okay, we did it again.

A civilian employee of the US Army has been arrested for allegedly stealing ONE HUNDRED MILLION dollars from the federal government. But it was during a time when there was cost cutting and cutting corners at every, every step of the way. This is an industry, Farron, that is making so much money they can't spend it all. Right. They're the war, they are the weapons war industry. That's what this story, I wish they had got into more details on it, but they're the weapons war industry. They don't make money on building jets. They make money on selling missiles that blow the hell out of three quarters of the world. That's what they do. And so they're making a ton of money, but they still want to cut corners so they can pay this cat an exorbitant obscene bonus every year, while the workers keep getting cut and cut and cut. Pick it up. Or worse, depending on what happens to the workers, as we've seen. But like you said, you got over 150 employees for Boeing that in the last couple years have sounded the alarm to regulators saying, hey, listen, they're cutting corners here. They're using shoddy materials. They're not following regulations. This is subpar material on this jet that will fail. Will you do something? 150 employees telling regulators this and regulators say, nah. I mean, we've got all these big contracts with Boeing. We're kind of bailing 'em out already with the 737 Max. So we're just gonna let it be. And of course, what happens? People die. Yeah. It's obscene. Okay. 350 deaths just in two fatal crashes. 350 deaths. Not to say, what else is there? And okay, so not one time have they been criminally prosecuted. Okay. They always get these sweetheart deals. We're gonna defer prosecution. Can you get it right? No, Mr. CEO, you're not going to prison. If you killed that many people, you'd be in prison tomorrow. But we have a Department of Justice that is so tied to white collar, I mean, here's what happens. They're looking for jobs. You got lawyers there that are looking for jobs. Either that, or the lawyers with the Justice Department are career lawyers. They're tired. They don't have to work that hard. They're at GS, whatever the hell that is. And they're making all the money that they need, so they don't do anything to go after these folks. The other part, like I said, the other, two different divisions. One is the career person. Hell, why work hard? Right. I'm gonna be paid anyway. And then the other folks that are looking for jobs with corporations like this. So they kill all these people, no criminal prosecution, just like we saw with opioids. They killed 150 people a day for decades, Farron. The Department of Justice had everything they needed to prosecute, but they didn't prosecute. And we see it constantly. It's just a way of life in this country. But in this case, the 737 Max 9, what a disaster. Yeah, absolutely. We're dealing with a company that there is no question they were intentionally making bad airplanes. No. Which is the part of the criminal intent. Right. Which flows all the way to the top. Right? Absolutely. And these non prosecution agreements from the DOJ are actually only meant for basically first time offenders. Okay, this is your first time doing something bad. You didn't actually even hurt anybody. So we will give you a non prosecution agreement here. But with companies like Boeing, these are repeat offenders. They should not even qualify for these non prosecutorial agreements.

And I think that's what Americans need to understand is if we've ended our war on terror, if we're the winners of that conflict, why are we still doing this today? Why are we still allowing the federal government to sit there spy on us? Labor unions, environmental activists, protestors of any kind on both sides of the isle. Journalists. Journalists, members of Congress have been swept up in this. Yes, yes. And what they do, and what this expansion allows them to do to a larger degree, is if they get this information about an American citizen, they hold it. They don't use it. 50 years. Years until they need it. Right. 50 years they can hold it now. And so when it does come out, oh, well this guy's causing a lot of trouble for the corporations. He's a union activist. Let's see if his name is in the 702 database. They search for it and then they destroy the people. Farron, it's even worse than that. Okay. That's bad enough. But what this also does is it broadens the definition of what electronic service provider is. Okay. If you're taking a look at what they mean by this, it's virtually anybody who has anything having to do with storing information about you or about me. It could be virtually any entity that stores information. That's how far this has expanded. They're trying to say, well, it's not just the tech companies that we're gonna warlord over. It's gonna be anybody. Could be your local cleaner that stores information on the folks that come in there and get their laundry taken care of. It could be anybody. And that's the expansion where it's called the ECSP. It's the electronic service providers, basically in the country. And this opens the door to all of them. They're all gonna be somebody, hey, when the NSA calls, you better give us that information. Right? Yeah. And people, if you think well, oh no, it's only for people that have contacts with outside foreign people that are targets. Go back and look at the hearings where innocent Americans have been swept up in this every single year. It can happen to you and it may have already happened to you. Well, you're gonna get the comments, oh, well, I'm not worried about it. I'm not doing anything wrong. That is so childlike thinking. I mean, think of how childlike thinking that is. I'm not doing anything wrong, therefore, what am I worried about? Right. Yeah. That is somebody who hasn't taken a civics class, hasn't taken a history class, and has really low information about what the government is capable of doing.

The Department of Justice has reached a $139 million dollar settlement with the victims of Doctor Larry Nassar. This settlement happened because the FBI repeatedly, repeatedly failed to take any action whatsoever on the numerous complaints that they received from the gymnast about Nassar's abuse. And it's not just that they went to the FBI one day and the FBI ignored it. This was years of complaints they were making to the FBI, to the Department of Justice, like you said, providing all of this evidence and information. And the FBI did absolutely nothing. They dismissed it. They thought, oh, well these young women, they're making it up. You know, this guy, obviously can't do this. 12 people, oh, they just made it up. 20 people, oh, they just made it up. They had pictures for God's sakes. They had tangible evidence of what this guy was doing and said, eh, you know, we got other things to do. We're gonna, whatever that is. I have no idea. But the point to this whole thing is this is a pattern that we see with the FBI and it has to do with, if we look at opioids. Okay. They had tons of information to say that the company's manufacturing opioids were killing 150 people a day. They had the documents that showed the CEOs that made these decisions. This went on for a decade. FBI did nothing. PFAS, one of the, this chemical that now is in all of our blood, it's in all of our drinking water. They had all of the information to say, let's find out who's doing this. Let's prosecute, maybe even prosecute the people that are doing this. Zero happened for decades. I mean, we could go on forever. Money washing, terrorist money washing. HSBC caught for money washing, washing money for terrorists and drug cartels. They knew it was going on in the United States too. They did nothing. They just let it roll. Let it ride. And so, one point you say, what the hell do these folks do? I mean, this is the very thing they're supposed to do, keep predators like that off the street. Yeah. And it does make me wonder too, why did they not take action? Why were they trying to protect this guy? Why were they protecting USA Gymnastics? I feel like there's more to this. Do you have an answer? Because those are good questions. I really don't. But there has to be a reason why the FBI did not do this. And I think that's what needs an investigation. And of course, I think that's why the DOJ came out with this settlement. Like, oh, okay, we screwed the pooch here. Here's a bunch of money. Go away. We're done with this issue. Nobody's gonna look into it now. We're not gonna get answers to those questions and we need them because there's more to this than we know. Do you think it had to do with the influence of the world gymnastics? It may have it. It may have been, we don't want to tarnish our reputation heading into an Olympic competition, then we are the focus of all this horrible behavior. Just in the last, or the first three months of this year, Meta, Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook, Instagram, all that, $7.6 million they spent on lobbying, more than they've ever spent in a single quarter. And even though they didn't specifically mention TikTok, they said they were lobbying on national security concern. Basically all the same thing they're using to trash TikTok. So, yes, I think at this point it is safe to say Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, is the driving force behind this ban. Oh, of course. He's hired a bunch of lobbyists. He's put millions of dollars into doing away with his competition because it would increase his business by something like 50%. Yeah. I mean, the numbers are staggering, if he can do away with TikTok. And of course Congress buys into it because they're getting a lot of money, a lot of money being spread around by Meta. But it's clearly, this is a jihad by Zuckerberg. I don't think there's any question about it. And so you look at this and the arguments are, well, we're doing this because we're worried about security. We're worried about this company finding out about your personal data. Like, really? Like it's not out there already. Like Meta doesn't already have it. Come on. Right. I've gotten multiple emails from AT&T in the last couple weeks letting me know that, hey, we had a big data breach. Your data was accessed by outside individuals. So we have that happening with our companies here, either by selling it to people or by just not having security to protect their own platforms. So I'm not gonna sit here and be worried about TikTok doing it when I'm getting emails every other week from American companies saying, oops, we accidentally gave your data away. Right. Okay. So here's the argument. Simple argument. We're different. Instagram saying we're different. Can you identify anything that's different? Anything at all that's different about them spying on folks the same way that they're accusing TikTok of doing? Processing their data, selling the data, they're doing everything. But we're saying, oh no, we're different. The only difference is that Zuckerberg has spread around more money than TikTok. That's all that's going on here. Yeah, absolutely. Meta has all the money in the world that they want to spend, and they're using it. This is what lobbying is all about. If you have the most money, you're gonna win the day.

And Trump's people, all his friends in conservative media, they've had Bobby on for months. And it's basically the only networks that have had him on. MSNBC, CNN, they're not going anywhere near him. Oh, no. So you're making this case, you're bringing this guy on as a friend to talk to conservatives. So of course, conservatives are gonna look at it and be like, oh, this guy's not so bad. I like what he's saying. Sure, I think he's actually better than Trump now. If the numbers show that he's hurting Trump, he will appear on MSNBC, he will appear on CNN, he will be every snowflake's favorite now who by God, he's a nutcase, a vaxxer and all this type, all of a sudden he'll become that Democratic hero. I don't think it's there yet. I think basically at the end of the day, he's gonna take votes away from Biden. I really do believe that. Here is where Bobby has a strength if he continues to make the inroads with the conservatives. And look, I'm not endorsing anybody here. I'm just taking off partisan blinders and just giving an analysis. If Bobby continues to eat away at Trump's support, Trump right now is in criminal trial. Polls are already showing if he gets a conviction on any part of this, he's in deep trouble with the voters. So if they're already moving to Bobby, that's Bobby's play. Sit there, wait for Donald Trump to do himself in and then conservatives are gonna say, well, I'm definitely not gonna vote for Biden, but my guy is so bad. Wait a minute. He could be in play. We've got people in their mid fifties to mid sixties to usher in this younger generation of politicians, which I guess technically it's still better. But at the same time, we need the 30 year olds. We need the 40 year olds. We need the people to represent a majority of the people that went through the same things coming of age that they did. And that's the difference. These are the people who sat in office, except for Trump because he didn't get into 2016. They oversaw the financial disaster of 2007, 2008. They got us into Iraq. They got all of these endless wars. All of these financial problems. All of this deregulation. Climate change. Exactly. They were all in office while these disasters were shaping our lives. And we don't really have voices in there. Have we been unfair or are these, have we doctored these pictures at all? A little bit. A little bit, little bit. Yes, we did. Yeah. The truth is this is who they are. It is. And we're looking at it and we're saying, this is the future. Oh, but don't worry about it, we got some 60 year olds coming too. What about the 30-year-old? What about the 40-year-old or the 50-year-old that says, you know, I got some good ideas? Get outta the way Pelosi. Get outta the way Biden or McConnell, get outta the way. Let us try something new because we sure couldn't screw up as bad as you have. Isn't that kind of the argument here? Exactly. And what's remarkable too is that when you get to those younger generations, there actually is a lot more agreement than you have with some of these folks. You've even got younger conservatives that say, yeah, I'm for all of these traditional conservative things. But I also think climate change is a very big threat and we should do something about it. So there's more common ground with these younger generations than there is with the older ones. What do you think these people have in common with a generation Z or millennial that can't even afford a house? Okay. That the goal, their big goal, God, I hope I can afford a house. Instead, they're living with mom. They're living with mom and pop. What do you think they have in common with that person? Nothing. And so that new blood has got to come in and people have to say, I gotta listen to what this young person, this young woman is saying, this young man is saying. And I guess what we thought is we thought, well, we're gonna revolutionize politics if we just let women in. Well, it did help. But now we need to move to the next stage. We gotta revolutionize politics by letting some young women, some young men, some more people of color in. And let's mix it up a little bit. because these folks, they've created a disaster. They really have. And part of the reason we don't have many.

You may not realize it, but you're consuming microplastics every single day. It doesn't matter how clean your diet is. These tiny particles are everywhere, including your brain. And we're only just learning about the dangers they pose because the industry's kept it quiet for so long. Right? Yeah. We have just so far this year have had about half a dozen new studies come out about microplastics, nanoplastics, and all these other plastic fibers. And each study has looked at a different part. We had one study that looked at bottled waters and they found out, hey, wait a minute. Every bottled water we tested had microplastics. A ridiculous, dangerous amount. Every vegetable we tested, oh, you got microplastics. Every piece of meat, every store cereal and whatever it is on the grocery store shelves, they're telling us about 99% of 'em have levels of microplastics that would make you ill if you even knew the numbers. That's how bad this problem is. We consume almost 12,000 microplastics every year going into our body. Matter of fact, you talked about bottled water. Just to put in perspective, you're talking about 370,000 plastic particles that we find in one. When they tested, they found 370,000 plastic particles. Well, this doesn't just move through your system. As a matter of fact, what it does is it migrates through your system in a way it can migrate systemically through your blood. It can actually cross through the blood brain barrier and end up in your brain. And that's what's happening. And you have from a gastrointestinal problem, it actually moves through the lining of your gut and sets there in the lining for your life. There's no way to get rid of it. You see, that's people, well, I can choate my system and everything's gonna be okay. Or maybe I'll stop drinking now, bottled water, and I'm gonna be. No, you're not. It's there. And the worst thing about it is they've known about this for a long time and they kept it real quiet. Yeah, they did. And listen, people could try to say, okay, well, I'm only gonna eat organic. I'm not gonna go to these places that have horrible factory farm practices, which is great, by the way. But you're not gonna get away from the microplastics because, uh-oh, another study found out it's in the rainwater. So unless you can eat food that is a hundred percent not produced anywhere in the environment, you are consuming these plastics. Farron, talk about it, explain to 'em why it's in the rainwater. It's taken up into the clouds. Talk about that just a second. Yeah. What we've got here is these fibers are actually so small that when you get this evaporation, because they're everywhere in the environment, they actually get evaporated with the clouds. And you have a lot of it that goes up there, not just through evaporation, but through actual pollution. Fossil fuel pollution, a lot of their plastic production, which is what fossil fuel companies are also hugely involved in and it's big clouds billowing up into the sky filled with these particles that rain down and we consume. Let me put it in perspective how dangerous it is, other than the fact we know now that it migrates through your entire body, including past your blood brain barrier, which is supposed to be protection for your brain. Now the problem is it has clear connection to high blood pressure, reproductive issues. Sometimes it's so severe that it will actually mimic early menopause. Because what it does is it mimics estrogen. It mimics estrogen, and your system reacts, it disrupts your endocrine system. And so all of a sudden these things are going sideways.

It is deadly. Marijuana will kill you just as quickly as heroin, according to the government. Even though, as far as I have seen, and I've researched this a lot, I have not found a single person that has overdosed on marijuana. Well, full disclosure, I'm in the business in Florida. We have the license, one of the licenses in Florida. We started off with this, doing this, because we found that CBD oil would stop children from having epileptic seizures. So we were approached and they said, well, look, would you invest in this? Can you get it out? Can you talk about the value of CBD? And we did. And all of a sudden it was legalized. We had medical marijuana legalized in Florida. Lot of different reasons because finally scientists were willing to come forward and say, yeah, we're not, we don't have all the studies yet. We can't and I can't tell you 100% that everything's okay, to tell you the truth. But I do know that there's enough history to know that it's not like heroin. Right. And so, but this, so you have a government that they won't change the rules at all. And just, this whole issue remains in limbo. Right. And people in the business have a tough time even staying in the business because the tax rates are so high that companies can't even keep up with the tax rates. 82% or some ungodly number like that. Right. It is absolutely ridiculous what they're doing because we don't have federal action on it. And anytime you don't have federal action, what happens? Which a great example of that is with Covid. We'd had no federal Covid regulations to get everybody on the same page. So just like with legalization of marijuana, we end up with a patchwork of different states with different rules where it's legal here, it's kind of legal here. It's mostly legal. We're gonna look the other way here. But it's not really. Right. And nobody knows if you're crossing the border from one state to another, suddenly you could be committing a serious felony. Oh, it's a federal. I mean, it's a federal law that says, yeah, this is a controlled substance and it's as dangerous as heroin. And if you use it, you have the risk of going to prison. So. And the government says it's also more dangerous than cocaine and meth. Yeah. Interesting. And those are schedule two drugs. Yeah. 70% of the American public supports it. You know, as I look at it, the studies that are coming out, I think are quick. There's some real signs that this could be a problem. I mean, heart attacks, heart problems. But it's, at this point, there's not any empirical data. There's not epidemiology that says one way or another. But the government, I can tell you, they're not going to change this law. Last year, Congress passed fewer bills than ever before, and one of the main reasons is the refusal of the two parties to work together. It is the most divided politics in American history, and this Congress is doing less in American history than have ever been done. I've got Farron Cousins to talk about this with me. Farron, what do you think? This is not surprising at all. I mean, look, we were at the point where in a span of 10 months, we almost had five government shutdowns because Congress was so incompetent and so incapable of working with each other that they couldn't even pass just regular, let's keep working budget bills. So, because, you can't even get past a budget, let alone try to work on something like another infrastructure package or revamping healthcare or literally anything, because they can't even do the basic, fundamental job that they have of passing a budget every year. Yeah. Did you just say in less than six months, it's happened eight times? Well, it was 10 months, five times. Okay. 10 months, five times, either way. So every other month we're on the verge of a shutdown. That is way crazy. So they were successful in passing a record level, low level, dysfunctional, disgusting, low level of 27 bills. It's the lowest in American history, right? Yeah. Usually every year Congress will pass hundreds of pieces of legislation, or at least they had in the past. And some of those are minor. They're let's pass a quick resolution to do this. Let's do a quick resolution naming this day, you know, Mike Papantonio day. But we can't even do that anymore. 27 pieces of legislation and when you're looking at a group of people that only work about 150 days a year, it's insane how little is getting done. And like you said, it's getting worse. We've done even less this year than we had by this point last year. And it is, you've got political scientists looking at this, you've got historians looking at it, and they've all kind of come to the conclusion, the number one factor is these people hate each other so much they won't even talk to each other anymore. Actually, what's so amazing about it is most of these folks don't have to work. We've got a congress that has, as far as people who had to work for a living, labor people, what, we did a story on this couple of weeks ago, was it 3% or 8%? Something like that. It's insane. It's in the single digits. Single digits of people that actually had to work for a living. So these people, our Congress that we have, well, they might not have started out like that, but they're multimillionaires because of insider trading, because of all the scams they're running. I mean, these are stories we've done. I'm not just saying this, we've done several stories about the insider trading. How somebody has started off and they got a hundred thousand dollars in the bank and within years, within a couple years, they've got $10 million in the bank. So they don't have to work. So what they do is, what is it, they go home on Thursdays, right? Usually, yes. Tell us, in other words, no matter what's pending, they're gonna go home on Thursdays and come back Monday, supposedly. Right? Right. Congress is technically in session three days a week. Okay. Seven day week, Congress has to be there for three. They show up Monday evening. Sometimes they'll do a couple of votes Monday evening. They'll work a full day Tuesday, Wednesday, about a half day Thursday. Then everybody flies home. Now sometimes when you got a busy week, they don't get to fly home until like Friday morning. So those are the really rough weeks.

Pro Palestinian protests are escalating at universities in the US, here in Florida Governor Ron DeSantis says there is zero tolerance for hatred against Jewish people. Sue, Bob, on Friday Levin Papantonio Rafferty will host a series of seminars on how to sue universities for a lack of anti-Semitism policies and other ways in which they facilitated a campus-based anti-Semitism. speaking with Papantonio today virtually, he tells me it's not just about keeping Jewish students safe, but also protecting democracy. People misunderstand the First Amendment. Okay. The first amendment does not allow any group of people to engage in the kind of hatred that's being driven on, not just Colombia, but all over the country. I mean, whether it's NYU, whether it's Harvard, whether it's Berkeley, you name, this has taken place all over the country. Attorney Mike Papantonio says school administrations like Harvard, Yale, Columbia University and more are cultivating a dangerous environment for Jewish students by allowing pro Palestinian demonstrations, many of which have gotten out of hand. Many students though feel they're within in their rights. We're standing here today because we're inspired by the students at Colombia who we consider to be the heart of the student movement. Papantonio says the protests are a coordinated charge against Western democracy. I want you to understand this is not random. This isn't a student who says, you know, I think I'll go out and protest this today. This is organized and it's driven and it's driven by big money, by big money that would just assume Israel disappear from the face of the Earth and it's been going on for a long time and now we're seeing the very face of it with these demonstrations. Now Mike Papantonio and many of the top lawyers around the US are joining forces to fight back against University presidents, professors and administrations where Jewish students have faced anti-Semitism and racism over the Israel Hamas conflict. A recent survey from the Anti-Defamation League found nearly three-quarters of Jewish college students in the US experienced or witnessed anti-Semitism on their campus since the start of the school year. Until we can get their attention where the government does their job and says, you know what, this is not a breeding ground for anarchism. This is not a breeding ground for a Jihad against Israel. This is not a breeding ground to where any jackleg can simply take to the streets and say whatever they want to say, incite whatever they want to incite. This is not 1960s anymore. But nevertheless, these professors and these administrators have so, they're so incapable of leadership, that the only thing we can do is sue them and we're going to be suing them at a record rate. Officials at the University of West Florida declined to comment on the issue, directing us to this October memo from the Board of Governors.
