1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar

cooking spray
Directions (old fashioned pancakes)
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk in melted butter, egg, and milk until combined. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray.

5 Minute NO OVEN , NO YEAST PIZZA! Lockdown Pizza Recipe
Pizza Recipe No Oven No Yeast ( This recipe makes 1 LARGE PIZZA, u can easily double or triple the recipe) :
- 140g Self Rising Flour ( 1 cup )
- 140g Any plain Yogurt ( 5 ounces )
SUBSTITUTES ( I highly recommend using yogurt and flour but if u can't find these here are the substitutes) :
**Yogurt can be substituted for milk BUT add only 85 grams of milk (1/3 cup) + 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice.
**Self rising flour can be made TWO ways:
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ( 1 cup + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder)
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda ( 1 cup + 1/2 tsp baking soda)

The most difficult aspect of preparing a Christmas meal is harmonizing your meals. In fact, creating a Christmas dinner menu appears to be more demanding than actually cooking the food.
We've produced a list of 10 quick-to-prepare but spectacular Christmas dishess to help you make this holiday season stress-free. So, lets get straight in to it!
1. Lebkuchen
These famous German honey Christmas cookies will surely add joy to the already blissful Christmas event, although, it takes a lot of time to be prepared but once you bite onto these delicious cookies, you are going to forget all the efforts you did in preparing them.
These are great if you have kids coming over to your Christmas party because they love sweets!
2. Panettone
The king of Italian bakes, this celebratory bread makes a lovely centerpiece in the center of the table. The ideal panettone is airy, golden in color, and bursting with a citrus taste.
Panettones are typically filled with raisins and dried fruits but there are now incredible flavors to satisfy everyone.
This bread will undoubtedly put a smile on everyone's face at the auspicious event!
3. Lussekatter
Delicious yeast buns are most common in Sweden, but they now take on a different direction and meaning around the holidays.
It is flavored with Saffron that imparts a lovely golden color to these rolls. Its flavor is further enhanced by black raisins or other dried fruits. The rolls have a delicate sweetness to them and have very rich taste. Lussekatter buns are made in a way to resemble a cat's tail.
4. Vanocni Cukrovi
Cukrov is the name given to a large group of traditional Czech Christmas biscuits. It comprises a wide range of traditional treats created with a variety of simple and optional components, molded into various shapes, ornately adorned, and served throughout the Christmas season.
Most Czech households bake multiple varieties and begin preparing their usual array in early December. The recipes are frequently passed down through the generations, and meticulous preparation is an important component of the Czech Christmas ritual.
5. Pretzels
Christmas Pretzels are a very simple snacking and gifting option. These lovely chocolate delights don't require any baking or special equipment to make. The sole ingredients are pretzel rings, melted chocolate, and sprinkles. They are easy and quick to make and trust us, your whole family is going to love them.
6. Stollen Christmas cake
It's no surprise that there are as many versions of stollen as there are people who make it, as it's a traditional German fruitcake with a long history. This variant has a decadent almond paste (or marzipan) filling that adds to the bread-like cake's richness.
The solid butter and sugar coating of stollen makes it ideal for cooking ahead of time for the busy Christmas season, packaging, and delivering to friends and family for weeks afterward.
7. Turron
Turron is a delicious confection composed of almonds, honey, eggs, and sugar that is usually consumed during the holidays especially in Spain.
They are often marketed in large rectangular tablets and are particularly popular during the Christmas season.
turrons are undoubtedly one of the most well-known Spanish delicacies, and today's market is flooded with many sorts of Spanish turrons.
8. Mulled vine
Mulled wine, also known as spiced wine, is an alcoholic beverage made with red wine, mulling spices, and occasionally raisins, served hot or warm. It's a popular drink in the winter, especially during the holidays. It is served at most European Christmas markets.
9. Soviet salad
It is a typical Russian salad dish that is also popular in other post-Soviet nations and other parts of the world. It's commonly cooked with diced boiling potatoes, carrots, dill pickles, green peas, eggs, onions, mayo and dressed with various ingredients to improve flavor.
10. Christmas turkey
Christmas dinner is incomplete without mouthwatering roasted turkey, and we all agree to that. It sure takes a lot of time, but it is the light of the party. Stuff the turkey with the flavor of your choice, roast it, and enjoy.

Homemade Cheese Pizza
Pizza is one of the most popular foods around the world, among people of all ages. The variations for crust recipes and toppings are endless for every taste bud. Some (aka me) like it thin and crusty, to others the thicker the pizza the better. This particular recipe is one of my favorite go-to classic pizza. I Love cheese and if you are like me you can top your pizza with even more cheese than this recipe states, to your liking. In my opinion, one of the most important things that need to be taken into consideration when pizza making is properly baked crust. Nobody likes soggy unevenly baked dough pizza. It is crucial to put your favorite pizza dough into well-preheated 500 degree F oven to get the perfectly cooked crust and topping not overcooked. I do use baking stone for my pizza, which I leave in my oven at all times. I do find that baking pizza transferred directly onto hot baking stone delivers the best crust, in my opinion, compared to a plain baking pan. I also like preparing double or triple batches of this recipe and freezing them for a quick dinner fix on a busy weekday. This homemade pizza recipe is super easy to make, yet it tastes so good!
Freezing:
If you do decide to freeze pizza, just wrap the prepared unbaked pizza (I place it on aluminum pizza pan to avoid deformation) with plastic wrap and foil. It will store for about 1 month in the freezer. When ready to bake, do not defrost your pizza. Just brush the sides with some olive oil and transfer to a well-preheated to 500 degrees F oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until well browned and cheese bubbling, rotating once. Cool for 5 minutes on a cooling rack before serving.

Ingredients:
Dough:
3/4 cup (177g) half-and-half 110 degrees (43 C)
1/4 cup (60g) warm water 110 degrees (43 C)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups (473g) all purpose four
1/8 cup (30g) cornstarch
1 1/8 tsp (5.5g) dry yeast
3/4 tsp (1g) salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sugar
Sauce and Topping:
7 oz (200g) canned diced tomatoes, drained, reserve 1/4 cup (60ml) juice liquid
1/2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp for basting pizza crust before baking
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp dried oregano (or 1/2 tbsp minced fresh)
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup (236 g) grated fresh Mozzarella
1/4 cup (60g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup (30ml) half-and-half
Preparation:
Dough:
Preheat oven with baking stone inside to 500 degrees F (260 C) for about 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your oven.
Combine half-and-half, water and oil.
Using dough hook for the mixer combine together on a medium speed sugar, yeast, salt, baking powder, cornstarch and flour
Add half-and-half mixture to the dry ingredients and mix for about 5 mins. The dough will be wet and cling to the sides of the mixer bowl
Transfer the dough to a bowl sprayed with oil, cover with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let rise at room temperature for about 1hr, or until the dough is doubled in size.
Pulse drained tomatoes, and reserved juice in a blender until coarsely ground, just a couple of pulses.
Heat oil until simmering, adding tomato paste. Cook it until it starts to get brown, approximately 2 minutes. Add garlic, oregano, pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds. Add pulsed tomatoes, bring to simmer and cook until reduced to approximately 3/4 cup, about 10 minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste and let cool
Mix Parmesan and Mozzarella with half-and-half until well combined.
With well-oiled hands press dough out to form a circle approximately 12 inches in diameter.
Put 1/2 cup sauce onto the dough leaving border around the edge.
top with cheese mixture
Brush the edges with Olive oil
Slide the pizza onto the baking stone /pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is well browned, rotating once halfway through.
Let cool for 5 minutes on a cooling rack before serving.
