A few 3D printed designs are starting to use this lined barrel style - Tubee22, Bento Box, Galileo all use it. Can be a cheap and easy way to go and I have a few hundred rounds thru these now with no issues.

First mag and had a stovepipe jam - no other issues for the next 45 minutes of constant pew pew pew.

Short overview of the settings and the process of slicing in Cura to send the 3D model to your printer for completion

Having printed both receivers I do a short comparison between each and share some of the fitment issues I encountered while building a new 10/22 from these files. Files available in Odysee parts available everywhere approx. price to complete $210 in the most basic version (purchased stock, bolt, trigger, bolt and barrel) and with anything like this you can spend as much as your pocketbook dictates. Fully 3D printed with the exception of the bolt and barrel liner - 3D Printed Body, Sights, Magazine, Barrel with Tubee22 liner style, FCG and handguard.

I failed printing the standard barrel part three times and I found at least with my setup that changing the orientation made all the difference.

This heat insert tip is a huge improvement over my former method of using a heated bolt and pliers to place thread inserts. I should be done with this build in the next few days and will post a "action video" soon!
