We are back.. barely , i couldnt figure out what the issue was with no picture, turns out it was the encoder, now we use the open source stuff and it works great, streaming Monday morning at 9:30 am.

Welp that was a bust, till i get a capture card that works we'll just use this janky method, come hang out, its gonna be a train wreck.
