I meet up with friends in Willow Alaska to go snowmachining. We are headed up into Hatchers Pass. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking a rib, specifically my 10th rib on my right back. I think I may have ruined my batteries. I left the cabin run on battery power all weekend until the inverter shut everything down. The error on the inverter showed "LO" which means the battery voltage was too low. Now my batteries won't hold a charge. Did I ruin my batteries or what? I just don't know. This is the second weekend of my 2021 Caribou hunting season. I was lucky enough to get a DC485 Caribou permit for GMU13. The harvest quota this year for this permit is 225. once the quota is reached, they close the hunting permit. This year, the permit stayed open for a second weekend. My friend and I decided to go to the Denali highway and road hunt. Come along for this hunting adventure and see if I'm able to fill my tag.
