Snow in Long Island winter of 2021
Snow in Long Island winter of 2021 it is near my hubby's moms house. I hate snow and I hate winter.
We took some videos of snow as a goodbye to The Peoples Republic of New York! . But we can't afford to leave right now. We are more broke than we have ever been!
Our coop charges money for us to leave. They bought a judge there is nothing we can do about it! I do not want to film snow in the city it is black and gray because of pollution!

Surf Drive Beach on the Cape Cod Peninsula in Falmouth.
Surf Drive Beach on the Cape Cod peninsula in Falmouth. The beaches are not that great! But it totally reminded me of the movie Jaws. The same kind of people were there. It is also about 30-40 minutes from the Kennedy Compound.
It is really charming and a really fond memory! It also has a sign that says Old stone Dock. There is a Old stone Dock. So I looked it up here is what I found.
The mission of the Old Stone Dock Association is to promote a sense of community for residents in the neighborhood of Main Street to Shore Street to Surf Drive to Mill Road and all the streets and residences within those boundaries. The Association will work with the Town of Falmouth officials towards improvements in the areas of beautification, traffic movement, beach utilization maintenance, road maintenance, and, in general, the welfare of all residents. The Association will endeavor to create a community spirit by encouraging all residents to participate through programs that promote unity based upon a common interest.

Ocean Grove NJ
Ocean Grove NJ
Ocean Grove NJ was voted number 4 beach in the world by Fodors beating out Fiji. We used to go when it was a ghost town. Now it is super crowded. They even have a shuttle bus to take you in from the train in Asbury park. This was a cold day in Ocean Grove. I don't know what it is about OG but it is always cold. We only go there during heat waves. It is too cold to go otherwise.

Cape Cod sea food restaurant
Cape Cod sea food restaurant . We were not impressed with the restaurants in cape Cod for the most part. They all have the same tings ad have a lot of fried food gluten and low quality food at high prices. But this restaurant the Flying Bridge was the exception.
But it is expensive but they are all expensive. At least the food is better than the others in the area.
We didn't realize the whole Cape Cod area is very spread out. We drove miles and hours to find good food!
We would go again if in the area!

Long Beach NY
Long Beach NY 2020. We live closer to Long island but usually go to Jersey shore beaches. This is a example of a very popular Long Island beach town. You cant tell from the video but the town is depressing and the water is dirty but it is closer to home.

broken ankle x ray
This is my foot when I broke my ankle in 2016 in Bermuda on both sides. ( I dont have any vidoes of Bermuda or my travels) I went to the "top orthopedic" hospital in the country located in NYC where I live. You will notice the high tech video x-ray.
I had a world class surgeon repair my ankle. I had been a dancer ,martial artist, surfer ,ice skater and my last full time job was as a personal trainer. I used to walk about 6 miles a day.
I went to physical therapy at 3 different places. They all said because I was in such good shape I would recover quickly. But I was in a wheelchair for 4 years! I lost weight. I was close to heart and liver failure. I was passing out and throwing up.
I kept going to the doctor at this hospital who repaired my ankle. He kept telling me that it was all in my head! He even wrote it in his notes!
I had lost 50 pounds and didn't have 50 pounds to lose!
After 3 and half years of this I finally went to another hospital to be evaluated! I didn't go to another hospital because that hospital is the best in the nation and the doctor was a world class doctor.
The hospital that repaired my ankle has been number 1 for Orthopedics in the nation for 12 years in a row. They were at one time the official hospital of the US Olympics. But I dont think they are any more.
Anyway I went to Mount Sinai West in New York City and I saw Dr Ettore Voucano. Within 2 minutes he diagnosed me with metal toxicity. The big shot doctor at the fancy hospital put a toxic metal in me.
It took a long time (maybe a year) for me to schedule surgery because I had to have alot of tests and see other doctors. During that year I was still in the wheelchair.
I finally had the metal taken out and gained my weight back. I am still learning to walk again. Being in the wheelchair messed up my spine.
I have a B 12 deficiency in spite of taking tons of B 12. But I am recovering.
The other hospital almost killed me and if it was not for Dr Vulcano I would have already died!
Dr Volcano has since moved to Miami Beach and is the chairman of orthopedic surgery.
I thank the Lord for Dr Vulcano! The Lord really lead me to him!
In addition he is a super nice guy!
