The COVID-19 vaccines were rushed through flawed trials, skipped safety testing, were never inspected for quality or purity, and unfortunately never worked. Dr. McCullough, cardiorenal specialist, told Grant Stinchfield on Real America's Voice that Remdesivir causes acute kidney injury in patients with chronic kidney disease. Gilead's trial failed on feasibility in this population so the FDA should have denied this label expansion request by Gilead. Instead the FDA curried favor to the pharmaceutical giant putting COVID-19 inpatients at risk. Remdesivir has not been shown to reduce mortality in COVID-19 patients and the WHO has recommended against its use since November, 2020.

On July 10, 2023 Dr. McCullough appeared on Real America hosted by Dan Ball and responded to Lancet's censorship of a valid autopsy manuscript of deaths after COVID-19 vaccination. He responded to the ridiculous efforts the CDC is putting into male breast feeding and some recent news on the theoretical oncogenic effects of excessive aspartame. Aspartame is a dipeptide artificial sweetener, meaning it is composed of two amino acids (aspartic acid and phenylalanine) joined together by a peptide bond.

Dr. McCullough reviews events from July, 2023 where after 24 hours of high volume downloads, Lancet censored the largest series of autopsies after COVID-19 vaccine deaths. Dr. McCullough appeared on Maria Zeee Media in June, 2023 to review the medical outcomes of transgender hormones and surgery. They are "horrific" loaded with complications from both clinical interventions. Dr. McCullough says that parents should affirm normal gender at home from birth and all children must be allowed to go through normal puberty to resolve gender ambiguity/dysphoria.
