"Grace for Those in Trouble" | A Song for All Seasons, Part 05 | Tullian Tchividjian
This is Part 05 in a series on the Psalms that Tullian has entitled “A Song for All Seasons.”
In this message—“Grace for Those in Trouble”— Tullian looks at Psalm 107.
This Psalm describes people who are in distress for different reasons. Some are in trouble because of what someone has done to them, while others are in trouble because of what they have done to themselves. But it says of both groups that “they cried out to the Lord in their distress and he delivered them.”
We spend an inordinate amount of time trying to figure why someone is in trouble, why someone is in distress. Is it someone else’s fault? Is it their own fault? Is the person a victim or a perpetrator?
And while that is not unimportant, it’s not what matters most to God. What matters most to God is not why we’re in a ditch and whose fault it is. What matters most to God is who we cry out to for help from the ditch.
We hope this message is a massive encouragement to you…

A Foreign Love | Stacie Tchividjian
Has life introduced the darkness of death, divorce, disease, debt and disastrous dysfunction to you?
Have you found yourself in an unplanned life transition?
When we are harshly reminded that this world is broken along with everything in it, we find ourselves in the shoes of Naomi and Ruth.
Stacie Tchividjian delivers a message of hope from the Book of Ruth to remind us all that God is always working in the destruction of our lives behind the scenes even when we can’t see it or feel it.
He is always loving us through our deepest pains and providing all we need, including space to lament.
“Don’t ask me to leave you or turn back. Wherever you go, I’ll go; wherever you live, I’ll live. Your people will be my people and your God will be my God. Wherever you die, I will die, and there I will be buried.”

But God... Part 13 | "All is Grace" | Tullian Tchividjian
This is Part 13 (and the conclusion) in a series of messages from Ephesians Tullian has entitled “But God…”
In this message —"All is Grace”— Tullian goes back to Ephesians 2:1-10 to look at the two words “But God…” in order to show how those words really do capture the main theme of Christianity as a whole.
“But God” suggests that imperfection, unfinishedness, and messiness are God’s cup of tea. Those two words reveal that real Christianity deals in the back-alleys of life, the dark corners of our guilt, the not-enoughness of our insecurities, and the faithlessness of our fears. Those two words make it clear that God doesn’t run away from our sins, he meets us in them.
Robert Capon wrote, “Instead of standing at some antiseptic distance from our agonies and failures, he comes to meet us in the very thick of them.”

In this message —“Because…Therefore”— Tullian looks at Ephesians 5:1-21 and answers this question: "If God has settled all accounts with us so that there is nothing we can do to make Him love us more and nothing we can do to make him love us less, then why does it matter how we live?"

What Church Should Be Like | Tullian Tchividjian
Here is a #ThrowbackThursday message Tullian delivered back in January 2015 entitled “What Should Church Be Like?”
"Six months after I preached this, my life came crashing down. Watching this triggers my memory of what was about to happen—a long journey through the valley of the shadow of death. But here I am, on the other side, still believing in my deepest (albeit, broken) parts the truth of this message. In fact, I believe it even more now."
