Christopher Churchill was a 16 year old obsessed with Marilyn Manson and the dark side of life in 1998. his uncontrolled rage and obsession with murder led him to murder his half brother Jonathan, Debra Smith (Jonathan's fiancee) and her 3 young children. we have a full video on the case, if want to hear the full story. A loner and trouble teen, who lashed out and killed his half brother Jonathan, and Jonathan's new fiancé Debra Smith and her 3 minor children. the case takes place in 1998 and is an early example of DNA being used to convict someone. The Case is also important as the punishment of Life In Prison without a chance for parol for a minor was considered cruel and unusual by the Supreme Court.
