Simple and savory breakfast appetizer recipe
Hello friends! Today we prepare some fantastic bread baskets stuffed with vegetables and egg. You can prepare them as an appetizer, breakfast or for your brunch. It's ready in no time and tastes great!
Ingredients:
200 grams of cabbage
2 slices of bread for sandwiches
1 egg
1/2 glass of soy sauce
1/2 onion
extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt
Steps:
Let's begin! Cut half an onion into thin slices
Now cut half the cabbage into strips
Pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan
Add the half onion cut into slices
Brown
Add the cabbage
Add a pinch of salt and cover with a lid
Take two slices of bread for sandwiches
Roll them out with a rolling pin
Form a basket of bread using toothpicks, like this
Meanwhile, add half a glass of soy sauce to the cabbage and mix
Cook until the water is used up
Meanwhile, boil an egg for 5 minutes and 30 seconds to keep the yolk liquid
Fill the bread baskets with the cabbage
Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Cut the egg in half
Remove the toothpicks from the bread
Place half an egg in the center
Eat and enjoy!
