There were two teams at The Podcask Whiskey Weekend Batch 4 that took the stage to create the best blend "America" has ever tasted. Some of the top Whiskey blending talent got to work quickly to produce two blends in 30 minutes that are insanely different and balanced. With a 6-1 vote Team ADHD Whiskey took the crown but many would argue that both are incredible. Components and tasting notes below!

-5 Year Old Bardstown Bourbon Co.
-4 Year Old Wheated Bourbon from Southern Distilling in NC
-4-5 Yr Old TN Whiskey from TN Distilling in Columbia, TN
-5 Year Old MGP Bourbon, 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley FINISHED in a barrel that previously held Mammoth Cherry Bounce, a whiskey based Cherry Liqueur

Team Dixon: A delicate blend of the component whiskeys. The palate of toasted caramel and bright fruit, leads to a complex and savory finish.
Team ADHD Whiskey: This blend hits you with a blast of cherry on the front that quickly shifts into a full mouth of baking spice mid palate. The finish lasts for 2.5 hours/days and has a sweet oily texture that will blow your dadgum mind.
