See, now, the recipe for cabbage and ginger paste. Write down the ingredients
1 red cabbage;
1 piece (2 inches) ginger;
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
1 lemon;

Making it is easy:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for five minutes, on high, until it becomes a smooth paste.
If necessary, add 3,40 oz. of water and blend again.
You can eat this paste in many different ways, adding it to salads or spreading it on bread and toast.
Or, if you like, you can ingest 2 tablespoons of this mixture in the morning, apply it over lesioned or achy areas, or applying it on skin.

To apply on your face, spread the paste over clean skin, let it act for 15 minutes, rinse and apply a moisturizer.

After a few days, you will notice your skin lighter and any wrinkles and dark circles you have will be lessened.

But be careful, since it has lemon, avoid sun exposure after applying it over your skin, to avoid dark spots.
