It’s really very difficult to resist the temptation of fries. They’re tasty and smell great.

Unfortunately, they aren’t the most healthy option around. Due to the amount of oil that is used in its preparation french fries are really unhealthy.

If you take care of yourself and don’t want clogged arteries, you need to stop eating both french fries and potato chips. This video will show you how to prepare a delicious baked potato, which looks and feels like a batch of homemade fries, without using a drop of oil, margarine or butter.

Ingredients

5 to 7 medium potatoes
2 egg whites
Salt and Pepper to taste Turmeric or saffron to taste Instructions

First you need to peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces that are about 1 cm thick.

Then you will beat the egg whites until they are rich and creamy.

Add the salt, pepper and turmeric or saffron and mix everything together.

Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl and dip them in the egg mixture, and place them on a cooking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees Celsius.

Cook the potatoes in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Watch the potatoes carefully. When they turn golden brown, remove them from the oven.
