Hello friends! Today's recipe is a typical Italian focaccia that is prepared without yeast, stuffed with a delicious cheese called stracchino. This focaccia is definitely my favorite and gets ready in no time!

Ingredients:
500 grams of Manitoba flour
400 grams of stracchino (or stringy cheese)
260 grams of warm water
a teaspoon of salt
extra virgin olive oil

STEPS:
In a bowl, pour 500 grams of Manitoba flour and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Add a teaspoon of salt
And finally add 260 ml of warm water, starting to knead
Knead until you get a dough like this
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 1 hour
After 1 hour, remove the film
Divide the dough into 2 parts
Roll out the dough, it must be very thin, almost transparent against the light
Grease a baking sheet
Place the dough on the baking sheet and spread it as much as possible over the entire surface
Now stuff with the chopped stracchino, in this way. You can also use another stringy cheese
Pour in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Now roll out the other half of the dough, again very thin, otherwise the focaccia will not remain soft
Place the other dough on the first one
Now tear off the top like this
In a bowl, prepare the brine by adding a teaspoon of salt
Then a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
And a little water, about 3 tbsp
Mix
Spread the brine over the entire surface
Cook at 250 degrees for 10 minutes in the oven

Eat and enjoy!
