We went immediately in search for the puppy. Luckily, she was still at the location and didn't go on the road.

Doing such a thing to a small animal and exposing it to a new and hostile environment can be deadly...

The traffic on the roads, wild animals and total lack of food and shelter are factors that almost guarantee a bad outcome for a newborn puppy put in such a place suddenly...

She is only a few months old and was dumped by her family here. Most likely, an unwanted puppy from a domesticated or a yard dog.

The good thing is, she is safe and sound with us now. And we're actively looking for her new family and new home :)
