In this Michigan Steelhead fishing video we get into some Steelhead, Trout & Walleye while Float Fishing With Beads while fishing on the Muskegon River. This was a fun day out with good friends Sal, Dave and Jason. Sal and Dave wanted to go rock picking along the river bank and I wanted to catch the sturgeon I lost not too long ago then Jason found out and met us there. It was a fun chill morning on the river and despite a bit of snow and cold it was actually pretty nice out. Spring steelhead fishing is just plain awesome and all over the west side of the state your chances of hooking up with a steelhead are pretty good in the month of April. On this day we chose to fish The Muskegon River at Croton Dam and it turned out to be a god day for steelhead fishing. As usual I let the big ones get away but landing them isn't everything. Getting a hook up and a battle makes a trip worth it in my opinion. Regardless a day on the river with good company can only be topped by an epic day of fishing.
