Our next complete land clearing, food plot, trail system, cabin site & land clearing project!

Curtis... What did you get me into this time!!?? Join us for another fantastic, and one of a kind land management/land improvement project that we should be starting here in a couple of weeks! Join me and Curtis Roger's as we do a complete property assessment of this beautiful 80 acre Southern Illinois property and the land owner show's us his vision for this property in the near future! That is the great thing about buying and owning land these days, if you are willing, and have a nice vision for what the property 'could be,' that it is all a matter of your determination and pocket book, on what you could actually transform your new property in to! Today Me and Curtis Roger's will do a complete property tour, property plan, ideas and more of a recently purchased 80 acre property down here in Southern Illinois. These are my favorite kinds of land management projects, hands down! We get a blank canvass of a very rough and raw hunting property, coupled with a new landowner that has a vision for that property, matched with our experience and machines, we should be able to really make a fantastic deer hunting and recreational property together in just a matter of months after we start on the project! The first leg of this new land management/land improvement project is to clear a new homesite/cabin site on the high ground of this beautiful Southern Illinois property. From there we will cut a new trail system to strategic areas on the property. Then we will make some new land clearings to accommodate future food plots on the property that all have very specific goals in mind as far as deer movement, wind direction, cover and more. Then we will break down some finer ideas of how to interconnect these future food plots and tails together, for maximum advantage to the new property owners for potential deer hunting success as soon as the first year! I guarantee that you will not see these kind of fun, and very creative projects on Keeping it Dutch, Arms Family Homestead, Outdoors with the Morgan's or Wranglerstar!! We are simply a one of a kind couple with many friends in the land investing and property improvement business to help many people achieve their dreams of not only owning land, but customizing it and improving it for fantastic personal results for each and every property owner!
