What is HIV? - What is AIDS? - What is being done to cure it?
These questions sent Canadian filmmaker Brent Leung on a worldwide journey, from the highest echelons of the medical research establishment to the slums of South Africa, where death and disease are the order of the day.

Kary B Mullis (December 28, 1944 – August 7, 2019) inventor of the PCR Test, was an American biochemist. In recognition of his role in the invention of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, he shared the 1993 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with Michael Smith and was awarded the Japan Prize in the same year.
