THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN makes a unique turn in the world of 007, bringing us into the personal world of James Bond himself so far as his reputation as a spy within the shadow world of spycraft is concerned. After receiving a threat in the form of an assassins bullet with his number on it, 007 is put on leave in order to seek out his greatest adversary yet. Not an evil villain hellbent on taking over or destroying the world, but a fellow killer, Bond's equal but opposite: the deadly Francisco Scaramanga, a man that doesn't fight for king and country, but has only loyalty to himself and to his wallet, and he also has weird sexual kinks that Bond doesn't have because Bond is not a creep.
