NCLA Celebrates Fifth Circuit Decision in Jarkesy v. SECÂ
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit handed down a major decision vacating SEC’s decision in Jarkesy v. SEC and finding that the agency’s in-house adjudication of Mr. Jarkesy violated his constitutional rights. NCLA filed an amicus brief in support of his appeal of an SEC Final Order that imposed sanctions for alleged violations of securities laws.
