Plants vs Zombies 2 - Penny's Pursuit - Zomboss - Pokra/Explode-o-Vine/Bonk Choy - June 2022

This quest focuses on the Seedium plant Pokra and was offered between June 8, 2022 and June 29, 2022.

Pokra is a member of the Spear-Mint family.
Costs 175 Sun - (150 at level 4)
Pokra does 60 damage per stab. (+20 per level)
This attack will slow the zombie for two (2) seconds.
Pokra's spear throw does 150 damage. (+50 per level.)
This attack will slow all zombies in the spear's path for three (3) seconds.
Pokra has a unique attack style:
• One stab
• Two stabs
• Three stabs
• Four stabs
• Throws a spear
• Rest for three (3) seconds.

Pokra is one of those plants that seems cute but not practical. Considering the 175 Sun cost as well as pausing to rest. Why would I want a melee plant to rest?

However, once you understand the nuances of Pokra, this is not a bad plant and Pokra can be the center of many strategies. Having a built-in slow feature which acts like Stallia is not to be underestimated. Put Pokra behind a nut and it would take quite a horde - or high health zombie - to bash through. Add a 2nd Pokra or a vine underneath her for increased firepower.

Finally, Pokra does not interfere with other strategies - so Pokra can be used with Fire based or Winter based plants without fear of negating effects.

Reward is 20 Pokra/Explode-o-Vine/Bonk Choy seeds.
Players start with 1,600 Sun.
