Dems On Jan. 6 Committee Could Be Booted From Congress, 3863

Good morning, I’m still reporting on the coup.

The crookedness of the Desperado’s Jan. 6th Committee are beginning to come to light now.

According to a little-known Republican outside of Congressional circles, Rep. Rodney Davis, members of the Jan. 6 Committee which held a primetime meeting last night, have so grossly violated the rules of the U.S. House of Representatives that after Republicans retake Congress on Nov. 8th, some could face criminal referrals.

You see, Rep. Davis is one of the five Republicans whom GOP House Leader Kevin McCarthy recommended sit on the Jan. 6th committee before Desperado House Leader Nancy Pelosi rejected all of his picks in favor of the two most Trump-hating Republicans in Congress.

Davis sent a letter to the Desperado Chairman of the Jan. 6th Committee, Bennie Thompson telling him to preserve all of the committee’s records, including all forms of communications.

In the letter, Davis wrote:

"Given the on-going questions concerning the Select Committee’s compliance with federal law and House Rules, it is vital that the Select Committee preserve these records so that effective oversight may be undertaken."

On John Solomon’s podcast yesterday, Davis said that he is not afraid to make criminal referrals if the Jan. 6 committee allows any communications, such as, text messages, social media posts, telephone records, and transcripts and any other records just happen to accidentally disappear.

How likely is it that the Republicans win the congressional elections on Nov. 8? Here’s what former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, has to say:

Rep. Steve Scalise explained why the Desperados are putting on this one-sided show trial.

Rep. Scalise also explained one of the glaring criminal violations of this Jan. 6 Committee. In an attempt to produce a hit in primetime, the Desperados hired a former ABC Network TV producer to put it together. That’s illegal.

But attorney Greg Jarrett dug up the real kicker:

I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of world freedom. Good day.
