This protein bar is a higher calories protein bar but it is very flavorful. It has a great crunchy texture and a strong taste of chocolate. There is 380 cal in this bar and you can really taste it. This is one of the better tasting protein bars I've ever had but the high amount of calories makes it something I choose less often than something with half the calories and the same out of protein. But this is available at some grocery stores like La Blossom Canada the Atlantic superstore and Walmart, so it's pretty easy to get these protein bars. I really like the taste of these but if there's a lower calorie version I would definitely opt for that.
