Our recipe.
Equal parts four and butter
for this video we used 2 table spoons of each
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups milk
1/2 cup to 1 cup Swiss cheese
Its like i said in the video its not an exact science you just kind of got to keep playing with it till you find the right consistency.
