Sisters Raquel Santiago and Ruth Serrato ran the Good Taste Ice Cream Shoppe with their family in Kenosha, Wisconsin for 16 years. Their father, Miguel Anguiano Hernandez, invested much of his retirement savings into opening the small shop.

The restaurant served the people of Kenosha until Aug. 24, when rioters burned the business to the ground.
