As a person who didn't grow up with a dad, I've got some great ones in my life now. There are even a few more I didn't mention in the video.
Thank you to all the dads out there who are trying their best and making a great life for their kids! You're an example to more than just your own kids!

Here's the blog post! Click the link and scroll down for the FREE PRINTABLE RECIPE! I also included more pictures from growing up :)

I also want to give credit to my sister, Rebecca. It was her idea to use stovetop in the meatloaf. She also has a channel on Youtube where she does all kinds of singing. She's really talented! Go check her channel out here:

Sheet Pan Meatloaf:
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 pound ground pork
2 eggs
1-2 onions (depends on what you like) - chopped
1 stick butter
1/4 cup chives (optional) - chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 package stovetop or [ 1 cup crushed crackers, 3/4 tsp. dried oregano, 1 1/2
tsp. Fiesta hamburger seasoning ]

Topping:
1 cup ketchup
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on what you like)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons vinegar

Add a vegetable and some buttered French bread to fill out the meal! when I've got more time, I like to serve it with Joshua Weissman's mashed potato and roll recipes and a chess pie!

Have a lovely weekend!
