Ys VI The Arck of Napishtim Review

The Ark Of Napishtim was Falcom’s attempt to make or break the Ys series, After a rough patch of releases, two versions of IV and the worst of the two being considered canon, A 5th entry that left a lot to be desired. Ys needed a breakout and Ark of Napishtim did just that. Ys VI has perhaps the best story in the game tying together a lot of loos ends, the series had up to that point. This would not only set the lore moving forward but give Falcom a foundation to set the lore going forward and remake titles to fit better into the continuity of the franchise. Overall it is a very satisfactory ending and was a homerun for Falcom. Ys VI is a title worthy of praise and a title worth playing.
