Let's talk about baseball. Because this is also something you wrote about last week. And there's a lot of interest around here about these minor league baseball teams. Yeah so the DOJ there was a department of justice run by a guy named Jonathan cantor. Who is like Lena khan he's a kind of what we call brandeisian. So believe that you know big corporations are dangerous. Generally speaking, you know not always. but if you're big it's likely easy to misuse that power. and that's how he understands the law. and so there's a class-action lawsuit against the major league teams because what they've been doing is they've been shutting down minor league teams all over the country. Minor league teams are often like a fantastic community events. they're also sort of like franchises of the major league teams. and so you know you'll have a smaller city with a minor league team and everybody likes going. and it but to a major league baseball team that's just an extra cost. and so they just shut a bunch of them down. and there's a lawsuit against those against major league baseball for shutting those down. and one of the reasons they were able to do that is that major league baseball has this very weird exemption from antitrust.
