OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. Eligibility: The "Giveaway(s)" are open only to legal residents the United States (excluding its territories and possessions) and Washington D.C. who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant"(s)). Void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and where prohibited by local, state, and/or federal law. The Giveaway(s) are sponsored by Silver Heist and SalivateMetal

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway(s) shall begin at the time of the livestream event and will end when the livestream event is over.

3. Prizes: The Giveaway(s) allow Entrants to enter random drawings, as described below, on SalivateMetal YouTube Channel for a chance at ONE of the following items (“Prizes”):

One ounce Silver with an average retail value (“ARV”) of $40 .

The total ARV of all the “Prizes” is dependent on the number of prizes awarded. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZES DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes received.

4. How to Enter: To enter the livestream event giveaway(s) you must guess the correct answer as revealed by The host in the livestream event and follow all of the rules as stated at the time of the giveaway. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. MULTIPLE ENTRIES MAY BE PERMITTED PER PERSON AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR. ONLY ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.

5. Winning: Winners of the Giveaway (“Winners”), including possible alternate Winners (“Alternate Winners”) chosen to substitute for invalid entries, shall be chosen by the Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and Alternate Winners shall be chosen randomly during the livestream event before the end of the Giveaway Period.

6. Prize Claim: Winners and Alternate Winners will be announced at livestream event. Winners and Alternate Winners will be required to contact a Silver Heist at the following email address: SilverHeist1964@gmail.com, WITHIN FORTY EIGHT HOURS after the Giveaway Period. The failure to respond to the notifications will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the Sponsor may declare an Alternate Winner previously chosen during the Giveaway Video if alternates were chosen. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner or Alternate Winner, the Prize may not be re-awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Other restrictions may apply.

7. Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at his sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.

8. YouTube Policies: Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with YouTube’s own Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
