More fun with the Instant Pot! We just started getting Hello Fresh meals, they are not too bad! I love the creativity and new ideas for cooking. I do have to modify some of the meals to be gluten free, but we rarely have to sub ingredients. I like to cook my meals quick, in 30 mins or less, so I use my instant pot and the oven for this recipe. Please be sure to follow instructions before starting your meal, I dropped the ball a bit, but it turned out amazing anyhow!
