OCEAN CLEAN UP REMOVED 96 TONS OF TRASH-BUT SO FAR WON'T WORK TO PREVENT TRASH GOING INTO OCEAN

The Ocean Cleanup and Ocean Voyages Institute got press for removing 96 tons of trash from the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. That is commendable, but not really when you learn the dogooders refuse to keep the garbage out of the ocean, prevent it from ever going into the ocean. I asked the Ocean Cleanup before to work to the level needed, and now I ask them and the Ocean Voyages to do what is needed, so their captain do as he said, we can be out here for decades, because if you don't stop the bleeding, they will always have job security.
