Ukraine's State Security Service (SBU) said on Saturday that it has detained two suspected Russian intelligence agents who had identified targets for missile strikes that damaged shipbuilding infrastructure in Mykolaiv. SBU said the accused "collected and transmitted intelligence to the enemy about important infrastructure facilities...and movement of personnel and equipment" of Ukrainian forces.
