"After the last encounter with the guy in the white van, I stood around for about 30 minutes before leaving. As I began walking down the road, a guard somewhere off in the distance behind the fence started whistling at me. As I left the area, I noticed a Stafford County Deputy in his patrol car riding around looking for me. I assumed someone at the correctional facility would call the police, which is why I stood around for 30 minutes, however, I just missed the cops, which is why I'm going back to the location for Part 2.

It was hard to hear the guys in the vans talking to me. The guy in the gray van said, "Can I help you? I was just trying to be nice. I wasn't trying to be an asshole." The guy in the white van said, "What are you doing?""
