What I have done over the summer is move the 4 foot Satellite Dish into my Garden with a pole cemented 3 feet into the ground and ran the cables and wires though a pipe under the ground. The power wires allow the Actuator to be moved by the dish mover inside making it possible to move to other satellites on the geosynchronous orbit belt.
