Trap Bar Deadlifts.

No Rest. Finished with 30 - 225 lb Trap Bar Deadlifts and 40 yard carry.

This isn't done indoors on a flat stable gym floor, it's done outside on an uneven slightly inclined ground.

Turning then walking adds more to the difficulty of the exercise.

No belts or wrist wraps used just my own ability.
