WRITTEN RECIPES:
➜ TUNA SANDWICH:
2 5oz cans chunk light tuna
1 stalk of celery, diced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
4 slices of bread, toasted

1) Drain liquid out of both cans of tuna
2) Transfer tuna, diced celery, lemon juice, mayo, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix until well combined
3) Sandwich half of tuna mixture between 2 slices of bread. Repeat with remaining tuna mixture and bread. Enjoy!

➜ SALMON BURGER:
1 14.75oz can of pink salmon
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 large egg
4-5 tbsp liquid from canned salmon
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
Hamburger buns

1) Drain liquid from canned salmon and transfer salmon into a separate bowl. DO NOT discard liquid.
2) With a fork, break up the canned salmon then combine with onion, bread crumbs, egg and liquid from the can. Combine until well blended. (If the mixture is too dry, add more liquid from the can, 1 tbsp at a time)
3) Shape the salmon mixture into 5-6 salmon patties.
4) Heat oil on a nonstick pan and sear salmon patties until both sides are golden brown.
5) Sandwich each salmon patty between 2 hamburger buns and add fillings of choice. Enjoy!
