We could all use a little help in the breakfast department. American breakfasts are largely comprised of sugary cereals, pastries, or whatever we can grab on our way out the door. But we believe breakfast can be easy, nutrient dense, and provide the sustaining energy you need to make it through your morning.

This particular recipe is centered around Balanced Green unflavored Total Health Superfood blend. Total Health is a super-charged blend of 11 powerful plant based (vegan) superfoods and was formulated as the perfect recipe to help feed and/or restore life to your body. It helps you consume all the necessary nutrients and it’s known to nurture your heart, gut, immune system, and more with vitamins, minerals, and probiotics.
