A leopard feeds in a tree in this week's Saturday #shorts clip!

Early one morning my son, Duncan, spotted a leopard with a gazelle meal up a tree not far from camp. The leopard turned out to be Figlet, daughter of the famous Fig female leopard. During the day the leopard left the tree to find some shade and in the time she was away the meat fell down so when she returned later she did not seem impressed that her meal was gone! The hyena obviously got lucky and patiently waiting payed off! Figlet is the older daughter of the Fig female leopard and is often confused with Furaha, the younger daughter of Fig. The two Fig daughters have similar whisker spots but can be differentiated by their forehead spot pattern.
